Stayed May 16, 2025Beautiful condo inside and out. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo and also used the pull out couch for sleeping arrangements. This pull out was by far the best mattress we have used. Very large condo with plenty of space. Pool was heavily used by my kids and the mountains were amazing background. They offer soap, shampoo or conditioner (sample size bottle was in every bathroom) but I was hoping to see bigger options in the showers. About 10 mins to downtown Gatlinburg and 15 min to sports world where we were playing in a basketball tournament. Definitely would stay again.

The condo was beautiful. The view was breathtaking. The roads were a little scary, could use some guard rails.A little disappointed that hot tub wasn’t working.

Reviewer Comments: We rented two condos next to each other for our family and they were very nicely appointed, very clean, great beds and well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels (bath and for the pool). We used to stay at the Highlands years ago and while I hate that it burned down they are definitely back better than ever. The free tickets for attractions that came with our units were put to good use!
