The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,

for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation

Deck renovation project.



This 25th floor condo has the best of both worlds, a birds-eye view of the

bustling city and sparkling ocean. Better yet, is only a 5 minute walk from
>the World-Famous Waikiki beach! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen

including a refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,

and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking

experience while you are on vacation. This kitchen includes a gorgeous

breakfast bar complete with stools for the perfect quick meal fix! Please sit

back and relax in the airy living area that includes a large flat screen TV

and cozy couch. The lanai includes lounge chairs and side table so you can

enjoy a warm cup of coffee and watch the island sunrise!



This unit has a great bedroom with a luxurious King-sized bed and an amazing

view of the water. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition

doors or left open for a very free flow room. A comfy sofa sleeper is built

into the living room, so if you need extra beds, we've got you covered. The

bathroom right off the bedroom has a closed off private toilet and a great

shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place

to wash away all the sand and stress after a day spent at the beach!



Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high

quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.



The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,

Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the

lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,

saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Koko

Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free

Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and

cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with

    The property is in need of a major facelift. The majority of the elevators are usually out of service making it difficult to find room to squeeze in during busy hours. The unit also needs a remodel. The sofa was so filthy we had to cover it with a sheet to sit on it. I would definitely not stay there again.

    We were looking forward to the place but the overall building is old, elevators are old, and then the condo is not as modern as it looks. The sofa smells, the kitchen had no chopping board, super tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner (we had to go out to buy more) so overall the place is old. One good thing is they provided lots of decent towels. Thank you.

    From a woman's perspective, I would include a blanket, upgrade shower curtain, provide salt and pepper, more towels.... overall It was a good experience, clean, parking included. Very nice place and location.

    Apt was in great location just one block from Waikiki beach. Close by all varieties of food from McDonalds to sushi, steakhouses, inexpensive food on Kapahulu St and 4 star French restaurant Michels at the Colony Surf Hotel. Apt was clean, air conditioned with comfortable memory foam kin bed. C
