The Space:>
Perched on the 30th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this one-bedroom condo places you above the buzz of the street while keeping you steps from everything Waikiki has to offer. Trade winds drift in from the lanai, natural light fills the open living space, and views of the Pacific Ocean, Diamond Head, and the Ko'olau Mountains settle into the background of your everyday routine here.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and holds one queen-size bed and one full-size bed, with a closet and dresser available for longer stays. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area provides a comfortable option for additional guests. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for real cooking - a Whirlpool refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove and single oven, microwave, and a full range of cookware, dishes, and silverware are all here. A rice maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and drip coffee maker round things out, and coffee is provided to get your mornings started. Enjoy meals at the dining table or pull up to the counter seating for something more casual.



Living area

The open living room flows easily into the kitchen and frames ocean and mountain views through large windows and sliding glass doors. A flat-screen TV with standard cable, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection keep you connected and entertained. A window AC unit and room-darkening shades help you stay comfortable at any hour.



Private lanai

Step outside onto the private balcony to take in the steady island breeze alongside views of the ocean and Diamond Head. Outdoor furniture and a dining area make it a natural spot for morning coffee or a relaxed evening above Waikiki.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products provided.



Building amenities & access

The Waikiki Banyan recreation deck features a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, shared electric BBQ grill, and an outdoor playground. Paid laundry facilities are available on each floor. The building has elevator access, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on the premises. Guests enjoy free parking for one vehicle in the on-site garage and self check-in via keypad through a private entrance.



Beach essentials

Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all provided - along with sun loungers - so you can head straight to the water without a detour. Shared beach access puts the shoreline within easy reach, and free resort access means nearby resort facilities are available to guests as well.

Waikiki Beach, shops, restaurants, a coffee shop, and a convenience store are all within walking distance. From this central, elevated position, exploring Honolulu at your own pace is easy - whether that means a morning on the sand, an afternoon along Kalakaua Avenue, or a hike to Diamond Head.
