The location is great. The unit is pretty old but in decent condition. It wasn’t as clean and we would have liked. The dishes weren’t clean and there was a lot of hair on the bed. Not having AC was okay. Other than that is was a pretty good place to stay.
Great location. Perfect distance from the mountain. Pools were closed and that sucked. Kids were super bummed.
Rather dated rental and simple things like the cable box didn't work upon arrival. No clear guide book to help understand the way things worked. just a note on the fridge door. Covid situation still told to us as ongoing and not listed on the booking prior to reservation as to know that the hot tub was closed etc.. Reality was Covid restrictions are mostly over and no requirements in even nearby restaurants , should of applied to lodging as well.
Great location , quiet , plenty of room but …. Kitchen filled with too many dishes, glasses, pots and pans - mostly greasy Large living room couch terribly uncomfortable Queen bed very comfortable but set on a slab of thin plywood - squeaks with every move Two bathrooms - very nice shower Good sized balcony overlooks pool 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Local representative very helpful and prompt to resolve missing tv remote We adapted , didn’t complain and had a good two week stay.
The fire place was mentioned alot on the listing but when we got there it was placed out of service buy the fire marshal.
We stayed here for 4 nights and were absolutely disgusted with the property as well as the customer service from Vacasa. The couches were covered in stains, the untensils were not clean, there were stains all over the carpets and my duvet cover was covered in blood. In trying to speak with Vacasa we were managed by robots sending text messages promising someone would get in touch with us but never did. I was finally able to speak with someone from Vacasa by calling repeatedly myself who again promised me that someone would be in touch to change the sheets and assist us with other matters. I was later informed that they had no duvet covers and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say this was not a pleasant experience for us. I would not book this property again and I will not ever be dealing with Vacasa who has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
This condo was well located, close to Killington. Parking was easy. It's located on the fifth floor, so a good hike up. The interior is a bit dated and could use a refresh. Unfortunately, we did notice a lack of attention to detail by the cleaning crew. We found some cereal flakes on floor, a random old water bottle, a gross unflushed toilet, and the other toilet still spattered with feces and did not flush very strong. Bedding was clean/fresh. Recommend host get in better sync with cleaning crew.
Great proximity to the mountain, loved the slope views from the unit. Place is well equipped and spacious. We would stay here again.
Another successful stay at the Mountain Green! We’ve stayed at various condos here throughout the years and they never disappoint! Easy access to the Mountain and the access road! Decent accommodations that are clean and cozy!
Place was perfect for a ski vacation for my family of 4! Situated close to the slopes. Easy access. Was a bit outdated and indoor fireplace and facilities (hot tub/gym)!were closed but honestly other than that it was perfect
The unit was plenty large and having the extra half bath made it convenient in the mornings getting ready while someone was in the shower. We used it as a place to stay for skiing at Killington. It is near the slopes, but not at all really close enough to be walking distance from the lifts if loaded with gear. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the bunk bed mattresses have reached the end of their usful lives and are were quite uncomfortable. Everything else was good!
Place is extremely out of date
Overall this unit needs work. The room was definitely cleaned, but it's very outdated and has a funky smell. Not terrible, but not fresh either. The bunk beds are horrible! The are SO shaky and unstable we couldn't let anyone sleep on the top bunk for fear they would collapse onto the kid underneath. We had to pull a mattress off the top bunk and place in on the floor so our third child had a place to sleep. Two of the four kitchen chairs are also so wobbly we were afraid to sit on them. (The kids dubbed this the Wobbly House). The main bathroom is pretty gross and really needs a complete renovation. Although the listing says amenities are unavailable I did not realize this meant the pool, hot tub, sports court, etc were ALL closed for the entire season. (Things like microwave and hair dryer are also listed under amenities and were available, so it really wasn't clear.). Finally, about a week before we got here I got an email saying the fireplace would be inoperable, which was another disappointment. All of this combined made for a mediocre experience. I would not recommend this place, nor would I come back. The location was great though, so as long as you know what you're getting, it might be worth it for some.
