    Great view from balcony. Well furnished. Bugs were a concern, it seemed like an older building so maybe that's the way it goes. Mixed experience overall.

    The condo was fine. It was small with very little storage, (we were 3), too many throw pillows and side tables- there was some street noise even though the condo is on the 33rd floor. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The location is good. We used the pool and hot tub and they were great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    Nightmare check in. Were not able to check in a minute earlier than 3pm. We arrived early in the morning and had to wait around all day to get to our room. Once checked in. The door pincode supplied only days earlier didnt work. Had to wait half an hour for a response, and then we were provided with another pincode which did work. Once we got in, we tried to set up wireless with the network and password they provided only days earlier. Rhese details were also stuck aroumd the room. These also didnt work. More messages to the host to find oit those details supplied were also wrong or outdated.We booked the room for 3 people for 8 days. Room was only stocked with 3 toilet rolls. (You work out the math...) is it that hard to ensure the room is adequately stocked for the days and amount of people its being prepared for prior to their arrival?Shower was woeful, virtually no pressure and temp fluctuations like nothing else. Drain os also blocked so you are standing ankle deep in shower water. Basin also blocks up. Kitchen was pretty good but could do with more cutlery, plates etc.Size was comfortable for 3 but 4 would be a bit tight. Fridge is a good size and microwave, while dirty, worked. hotplate worked as well.No power points near the bed.oitdoor furniture was comfortable but old. Any clothing that touched it turned yellow from the varnish deteriorating in the sun. The building itself could do with a makeover. Carpet, paint and a good clean would go along way. Yukky.

    Check in process was quite easy, as all instructions are sent through an email. The building staff are friendly and willing to assist with any issues. I had an issue with my door code and they were willing to come up to look at the issue with me when I requested it. The room had many amenities such as a kettle, induction stove, coffee machine, etc. and a respectable amount of counter space for them. The sheets and pillows still had some stains. The view from the balcony is fantastic. TV, wifi, and outlets worked as intended. Geographically, it is only a 5 minute walk away from most malls in Waikiki and very close to the bus stop that can take you to downtown Oahu.

The Balcony (lanai) was fantastic, with great view of canal, city and peek at ocean. cupboards were adequately stocked. The bathroom had plenty of spare towels stored in one of dresser drawers. The internet and tv worked great. lots of places to shop and eat within few blocks walk. We did not use the ac but preferred the windows open and fans running (provided). Only thing that might be bothersome is this building has residents living in it. Some tend to smoke (marijuana) on balcony's and tends to drift into the room. If you are offended by the smell, it might not be the place for you.

    While the stay was decent I would not rent from this reality again. The view was breath taking and the condos are quiet in a convenient area but there were too many other issues. Ended up getting locked out of the condo from a dead keypad with no way to reach even their emergency contacts, only 1 sales rep answered their cell after calling 15+ phone numbers and having to go to their reality office over a 5 hr span. No spare keys are given to security at the building therefore there was no way even the condo building managers/security could help. As well as there were dirty dishes in the cabinets along with broken glassware left from previous guests.

Reviewer Comments: お部屋の眺めは素晴らしかったが、到着初日からベッドマットシートに血がついていたり、電球がきれていたり、シャワーのお湯調節がうまくいかなかったり、ゴキブリが何匹も出たりすることをレイハワイ不動産にメールしても返信が全くなかった。結局あまりに返信が無いため、レイハワイ不動産に直接行き、訴えたが対応が帰国日前日だったのでがっかりした。The view from the room was great, but from the first day I emailed Rei Hawaii Real Estate that there were blood on the bedsheets, the light bulb was out, the hot water control in the shower didn't work, and there were many cockroaches. There was no reply at all. After all, there was no reply, so I went directly to Rei Hawaii Real Estate to complain, but I was disappointed that the response was the day before I left Japan.

    If you are booking this space, please be aware there are NO beach towels, NO pool towels, and NO linens or pillows for the pull out sofa. The bathroom is old and gross. The kitchen is VERY minimally appointed and looks from the 70's. The hotel does not store luggage so if you want to cruise around until your flight, you will be dragging your luggage along. The pool is old and plain. The upside of this space is the view is amazing and the location is great. The outdoor deck area is good but the loud, old AC is rambling in your ear the whole time if you go on the deck. The TV was broken our whole stay and it is impossible to get the rental company to reply in person and/or fix it. The main bed was comfortable. The pull out bed had only a bottom fitted sheet, with a hole in it, and no other linens. The check in process was pretty easy. The check out time is 10am so if you have an afternoon or evening flight that day, be sure to consider what to do with your luggage all day!
