The Space:

Morning light drifts across your private lanai as ocean air moves gently through the space, while Waikiki begins to stir below. From your high-floor perch, you can take in wide ocean views with coffee in hand or unwind in the evening as the sky shifts over the Pacific. The rhythm here feels easy and walkable, with the beach, dining, and everyday conveniences just a short stroll away.



The space

This entire condo in the Waikiki Banyan offers a comfortable and practical layout designed for both relaxation and convenience. Inside, ceiling-to-floor windows bring in natural light, while a window AC unit in the living area helps keep the space cool. The living room provides a place to unwind with a TV, seating, and a pull-out sleeper sofa, along with fast wifi and an Ethernet connection for streaming or remote work.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated by a sliding door for added privacy and includes two queen-size beds, room-darkening shades, closet storage, and a second TV. With the additional sleeper sofa in the living area, the condo accommodates up to four guests comfortably.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you’re starting the day with breakfast or bringing back takeout after exploring Waikiki. A dining table offers space to gather for meals or plan the day ahead.



Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials. Fresh towels, bed linens, and everyday essentials are provided to help you settle in with ease.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

    We had an amazing stay. Very comfortable and beautiful views. They had absolutely everything we needed and more. And my daughter got to sleep on the pullout couch when my husband stored too loud for her. we definitely hope to stay there again.

    Very nice condo that is very modern. Beds were very comfortable and the view is outstanding. It was great to have a parking pass and it's location is close to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and food trucks.Would definitely stay here again.

    Just a couple blocks from Waikiki Beach. Would be great for two people. Was a little stressful for 4 of us sharing one bathroom. Communication with manager was seamless from start to finish.

    Our 2 week stay at Waikiki banyan was great. Close to the beach with views of Kuhio beach and diamond head. Unit was exactly as pictured. The patio was a nice place to relax and have a drink at the end of the day or first thing in the morning with coffee. Had 2 beach chairs and small soft sided cooler for use. We left a body board too. Unit has a safe but was advised it’s for owner use only. Elevator was a bit slow and parking is tight. Don’t rent a large vehicle if staying here. The only complaint would be there’s no grill tools to use at the grills by the pool. We love grilling and it was nice having a kitchen to prepare some meals in so we weren’t eating out as much. Laundry room was right next door to our room. Change machine downstairs wasn’t always working but the front desk would change up to $5 at a time which is exactly what it cost for a load to wash/dry. There is a small coffee shop downstairs as well as a mini mart but we didn’t use either.

    property was clean, and comfortable for family of 4, beds were too soft for our liking and bathroom only had 1 towel rack and nowhere to hang towels to dry.We enjoyed the beach chairs and cooler provided that was a big plus. Over all place was nicely furnished and I would return on my next visit.
