Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This cozy condominium sleeps up to 4 and puts you within walking distance of The Village, with access to communal hot tubs, saunas, and a seasonal pool.



The Space:

Set in a quiet neighborhood off Lake Mary Road, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is a comfortable retreat for a couple or small group. The living room features a sofa sleeper with a memory-foam mattress, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a highly efficient pellet fireplace that keeps the whole unit toasty after a day on the mountain. Step out to the private balcony for morning coffee and mountain air.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stovetop, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender, and the adjacent dining table seats 4 for meals or game nights. When it’s time to unwind, the king bedroom offers a restful night’s sleep, and the full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.



Hidden Valley’s community amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two saunas, seasonal pool and BBQ area, a fish-cleaning station (summer only), and two on-site laundry facilities.

• Parking: Up to 1 vehicle in the unassigned lot. A parking pass is required and will be inside the unit upon arrival.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: Upper Amenity Area (Spa, Sauna, Restrooms): Winter hours 2:00 PM–10:00 PM daily; Laundry open 24/7. Lower Amenity Area: Spa winter hours 2:00 PM–10:00 PM daily; Laundry 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Pool, BBQ station, and fish-cleaning station are open summer only. Amenity availability and hours are subject to change by the HOA.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

    The room was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The location is excellent — only a 7–8 minute walk to the village. The management team replied quickly to messages and kindly allowed us to adjust our reservation so we could arrive one day earlier to avoid the snowstorm at 12/23 night. Because of that, we were able to enjoy a beautiful white Christmas Eve at the property instead of driving in heavy snow. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when we visit Mammoth.

    Super helpful host. All instructions were great. Only reasons for four stars instead of five were that walls are super thin so you can hear the neighbors upstairs every time they move and we had to vacate parking lot by 10am they day we departed when we had plans to ski that day. Also note that the walk with ski gear is about 15 minutes from unit to gondola.

    Property was as advertised. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for pre-winter hiking trips, and looks to be great for skiing trips.

    The place was clean, comfortable and had all of the essentials we needed. Check in and out procedures were clear and easy. Location is nice - close enough to easily walk to the brewery and up to the village but removed enough from the busy central to feel quiet! The actual unit was a little tricky to find at first, but we figured it out!

    It was a comfortable condo with all the ammenities and a well stocked kitchen. 10 min walk to the gondola and downtown square. Had a bit of a tough time finding it but after calling management found our way. Would stay there again.

    We had a wonderful time. I would love to book condo again. This condo is so cozy. As owners describe it “Our Slice of Heaven “ indeed . Perfect location. Walking distance to Village. One thing we realized in mist of check out morning after a heavy snowstorm that dumped 4 ft burring our car. At that moment we realized there was no shovel to dig out our buried car. Luckily we were able to borrow one from maintenance gentleman. Took about 3 hours to dig ourselves out. Not one bit complaining just In future winter visits shovel availability will definitely be part of my check list. If one is not available I will definitely buy a shovel .

    We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a wonderful location right across from the Village and was cozy and comfortable. Loved that one of the hot tubs was right across the parking lot. Would definitely stay again.
