Hidden Valley-Epic Mammoth Village Retreat. Remodeled condo next to Village!

Stayed 10 days, would give this a better than average for Hidden Valley condos... but just average relative to short term rentals in Mammoth. Location is great (walkable to lifts)... parking is EZ (right outside the building)... and better than average amenities (washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace (with plenty of wood), two large TVs, humidifier, plenty of towels, a vacuum, etc). But I'm going to ding this unit two stars because the space needs some love and attention -- and more than just a cleaning.

Previous tenants had run the Brita filter and brita in the dishwasher leaving the filter unusable and cracked the brita pitcher so we had to purchase our own water for four days. Humidifiers had mold in them and some areas of the unit were not clean like under the bed where there were contact lense cases and chips molding. Owners were very rude on communication and sent me instructions of copy and pasted general chat gpt responses when I inquired about specific features of the unit. Over all the unit was nice and comfortable and had most everything we needed but those few things were a bit off putting.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our family of four. We recommend bringing an air mattress as only one child fits comfortably on the pull out couch bed. Great location and will be happy to stay there again.

The space is so comfortable and cozy. The aesthetic is perfect. We had everything we needed. 10/10 would stay here again.

We loved this condo! We rode our bikes right from the condo on the paved bike path to beautiful waterfalls and lakes & rivers. Within walking distance to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and all the kitchen appliances/dishes/utensils were brand new. The bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. We were within walking distance to the music festival as well. Enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back and visit Mammoth Lakes.

We stayed for a long skiing weekend and the Hidden Valley #33 was the best place we ever stayed in Mammoth. Upon entry, we felt like entering a second home. Beautifully decorated and updated, we spent our evenings after long skiing day relaxing on the sofa in front of the fireplace. Or we just walked to the village, only 5 minutes away. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom, nice bedroom with comfortable bed, washer/dryer, board games, etc. One could spend days and weeks not missing anything. Planning to return soon.

We had a great stay. The property had everything we needed and was really convenient to the Village Gondola. The hot tub and sauna were great after a day of skiing. Check in and check out were a snap. Thanks for an awesome time.
