Heron Marsh Villa 18 -Updated and beautifully renovated. This is a raised beach, two-story townhome floor plan with covered parking on the ground level. The main floor features the living room, with vaulted ceilings and glass doors that open to the sun deck overlooking the salt water marsh. The open floorplan allows the dining area to also enjoy the wonderful view. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances, custom counter tops and cabinets. The dining table seats 4. One bedroom and bath are on the main floor and the master suite cover the entire top floor..

Litchfield by the Sea amenities include access to miles of beautiful beach, fishing lakes, fishing pier, marsh overlook with floating dock, 24 hr. security gate, over 7 miles of walking paths, thousands of acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, lakes and natural saltwater creeks and marsh.

Amenities Include: Cable TVs, DVD, Wireless Internet, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/ Dryer, Central AC/Heat, Swing, and Covered Parking. 1 covered parking spot and unassigned guest spots near condo. Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. This is our 3rd year staying at this same property. Clean and comfortable each time. Has access to a community pool and a short walk to the beach. Would recommend.
