All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

    The property was as shown and clean and a perfect for fit our family needs. The location was off the main 158 but literally one short block away to go in all directions on the outer banks, north to Corolla or south to Hatteras or west to Roanoke Island. Plenty of restaurants withing a 5-15 minute drive as well as grocery and drug stores, etc.

    The VRBO was well situated and had great beach access. We had 2 couples stay there and both had plenty of privacy and a nice common area to share. Beachfront views were great. Close access to Outer Banks highlights.

    We have coming to the Outer Banks for the past 12 years as summer vacation with our kids and grandkids. This is the first year we came alone, it was wonderful! The condo was so much more than the photos showed. It was so comfortable and had everything you could possible need during the stay. I didn't want to come home after 11 days, I could live there forever.

    The Condo was clean and as described. The deck is large and very nice. Inside has plenty of space for people to spread out. My only negative comment was the trash pick-up at 3:30am 3 times during the week, very loud. May not be in the Owners control.

    The condo was really great. Very clean. The beds were comfortable furniture looked great. The kitchen was great also. Loved the deck. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay at. Wished the weather was better. It didn’t stop us. We had a wonderful time.

    Very happy with the condo. A large living space with everything we needed. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Good location. The only criticism was that the lock was tricky to operate.

    The condo was exactly as advertised…it’s large, had a great view and was very clean! Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the November beach breezes. Very well appointed. I would definitely recommend it!
