Stayed Jun 28, 2025Wonderful apartment! This was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers). We stayed a week in July 2025 and found the complex was centrally located, with easy beach access. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, bedding, washer/dryer. We made good use of the beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. Our teenagers especially appreciated that the bunk beds were full-sized, which gave them room to stretch out. We enjoyed the pool and the dock, where we watched the boats go by. The complex was quiet and very relaxed. Check-in/check-out were very straight forward. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Overall great stay, and relaxing. The condo was very clean with exception to the bathroom/sink area which needs a deep clean and the outside closet which is stuffed with beach gear. Kitchen is missing decent wine glasses and spices. The lanai is perfect with a beautiful view and fan, beds were comfortable, condo was cool. We were able to hear the people upstairs talking and walking around. Despite the negatives we really enjoyed the place and the location!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Location great. Comfortable bed. Loved being on ground floor & view of Bay. A little outdated. Needs a good deep cleaning. Overpriced for what you get. They only allowed two kitchen trash bags & two rolls of toilet paper for 9 day stay. Did have beach supplies but the storage closet was filthy.. we left the place cleaner than we found it.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We spent 35 nights at Bay Oaks over thanksgiving and Christmas. Condo was nice and pier was great to sit on and watch boats go by. It was a good location to everything and the lanai was a good place to have morning coffee and enjoy the views.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely condo well equipped with all you need for a vacation. Well located a short walk to the bay. I would highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family. Nicely decorated in a beach vibe. It was a very relaxing stay.
