Nice place to stay within 10 min walk to the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Some good restaurants in walking distance nearby but you have to ask where to go. Broad Street has a free bus line that will take you fairly close to museums. Uberdrivers were prompt and friendly. Property manager was great with communication and directions. Comfortable bed and good kitchen, which saved us money on breakfast each day. Convenience store Davis Market is a couple blocks away, but go during daylight hours to feel safest. They had all the normal breakfast makings we needed, plus beer and wine. A little noisy in evening because it’s on a busy street, but fairly quiet after midnight. All in all we’d recommend it and would stay again.

Lots of small restaurants nearby, walkable, near the campus. Owners set things up to be independent once you get a fob combination. Easy highway access.

Property was up tp date and clean and very well maintained. Great value. Owner could take more care in instructing renters where to park in the lot behind the building.

Mark and team were very accommodating when we needed to add a 3rd person as well as potentially arrive late. The parking was a little tricky, especially on Saturday night and then the need to re-up the parking at 6am was not super peaceful, but this is what you get when you stay in this downtown type of area. Apartment and amenities were great.

Everything went well with my stay. There were no issues with the room or the staff. There were a few inconveniences. Parking was frustrating. There is nowhere to park without having to pay via app. And you have to do so every 24 hours. Not too big of an issue. The location was the main issue. On several instances when leaving the building I was asked for money by a few of the locals that linger around the building and in the general area. I was kept up in the evening by these same locals who you can hear shouting on the street. The walls seem to be thin. I know this property can't control those things - but i think renters should be aware of the area the property is located in. Without this issue I would gladly give 5 stars.

The apartment was great, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was worried it might be noisy since it faces the street but noise was not an issue. When we first pulled into the back parking lot we thought the area might be a little sketchy but that’s not the case at all. It is a very safe area, lots of young adults walking around in the evening just enjoying the area. We paid to park in the back lot and it was 8 a day- you have to be mindful to keep renewing your space- it only allows 24 hours??( I think) at time. Definitely a convenient location with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops with in walking distance.

Let's begin with WOW! The pictures are accurate yet cannot quite convey the comfy feel of the property. The space is secure, lovely, well equipped, and has easy parking options. We were in town for a wedding and found our location to be centrally located to all of the restaurants we wanted to try as well as the wedding venue. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was ideal (they even supplied coffee!) and there were plenty of working outlets so that we could charge all of our devices! The lighting was incredible. We had the option to be fully lit for work and then to adjust the lights for when we just wanted to relax. The closet was surprisingly spacious too. We were greeted by friendly staff who reviewed all of the features of the space and made sure that we were comfortable. Mark was very responsive and did so in a timely fashion and that made things easy too. I would highly recommend this space over a hotel in the same area which might cost more and be less comfortable. I'm usually suspicious of anyone who gets or gives 5-star reviews, but this was worth all 5 stars in every aspect. I would be happy to stay here again.

We had meetings at the convention center. It was a great place to stay that was walkable with plenty of restaurants close by. It was so nice to spread out in an apartment and not be in a hotel room for 5 days. I highly recommend!
