Great location. Just as described.

Great location and amenities. Unit needs a deep clean and some minor maintenance otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was outdated, mold growing in master bed and bathroom. The door/s in living room and master had water leaking in when it rained. The kitchen was bare minimum, not alot to work with. Shared concerns with owner when we checked in, they quickly followed up. We decided to stay and deal but will never book here again. The owners should have refunded us - half of what we paid. The public pools were disgusting as well.

Loved the place easy check in , being in a wheelchair the condo was open up to be independent

It was a bit hard to find the property as the address in the listing was hard to locate. It was also dark and raining when we arrived so it made it harder to figure out which building was ours. When we finally found it we tried to get into our unit but the code given to us via email did not work. I called the number provided and it was an answering service that said they would have to have someone local call us. Thankfully we had a car to sit in and we were relieved a nice man did call within 30 minutes and provided a code for the key box so we could get into our unit. Our first impressions was that it appeared clean and nice. However we found several issues starting with many live wasps in the master bedroom as well as other bugs including stink bugs, 100s of dead lady bugs and some spiders. Fortunately there was a broom and vacuum. The beds were very comfortable but it didnt seem like the sheets were clean. Some had stains and there waa a musty smell. The dryer did not work and the shower tiles had mold and mildew. The door knob to one of the bathrooms had loose screws but we were able to tighten them. The pool area was decent but appeared very rundown. The outdoor pool was not open. A nice feature of the rooms would have been a full length mirror and shower caddy in the showers to holds shampoos etc. Despite all this the property provided what we needed while in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of parking and the view was nice.

started off not getting a check-in code that I was told would happen in 48 hours previous to showing up, when I inquired about it, I was told that it was sent to me and I was unable to operate my email correctly, I explained to them that I was able to find their second billing when they needed the money, but for some reason there was no check-in code! After finally getting a hold of two different people they sent it to my email the morning before we left! After getting there, the door was unlocked and would not lock after we were in the rental, therefore we could not leave we could not go to sleep without a lock door! I called and told them they said there was no problem with the door because they talked to the people who had left there and I explained to them I don’t care what they say. I was unable to lock my family safely in the condo.! some lady called me said I was mean to them and that I needed to leave that night! I couldn’t make that up! I had a great grandma, my wife, her daughter and two grandkids all women, drive 4 1/2 hours after dark they tell me to get out and find another place because my door won’t lock and they didn’t wanna hear that I suppose! finally, after getting hung up on and threatened to be kicked out another phone call rang. It was the same lady who helped me get the code. I told her to send a technician and if the door locked, I would pay for it of course it didn’t lock. The technician came. The light outside the door was burned out and it was a bulb no cover. Very very dark had to use flashlight in phone to see code in food. The curtains in the middle room did NOT fit the window at all. Very sub cleaning lots of piles of dirt in corners snd dead bugs on floor. Woukd NzoT stay there again.

The condo was great - no issues with booking or stay. Very spacious, clean, nice views, convenient location to all Pigeon Forge attractions.

Overall stay was good! Minor issues… old washer and dryer, dishes could use an upgrade and we had ladybugs all in the master bedroom. Other than that space was good for my family of 6, location was perfect. Condo offers basketball court, indoor pool which was cool.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Only issue we had was that we were told when we made the reservation that there was plenty of room to park our 20' trailer on site but day 2 of our stay, we were told that we had to relocate the trailer or it would be towed at the owners expense. We had to make very last minute arrangements at a storage facilty that had the necessary security.

The property was well-kept, and the amenities were nice. The advertised listing was exactly as described. The property was located near most attractions.

Very pleased with the property. It would have been nice to have had some plastic cups and bowls for the kids as I was nervous of them using the glass ones. All of the headboards on the beds were super loose and therefore squeaked whenever you moved. The door passcode never worked all week (thank goodness for the backup code). Overall, we had a great week at the condo and would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family. My son played with his baseball team in the Cal Ripken Experience and the location was ideal.

The unit was clean, though it needs pot holders for cooking/oven use. The outdoor pool was kind of dirty, but the indoor pool was cleaner.

Lovely condo and location. We enjoyed sunrise on the balcony and close proximity to everything in pigeon forge

The condo was located much closer to the hustle and bustle than the pictures indicate but this unit had a wonderful view (as pictured) that felt private. The bedroom with 2 twins did not have fully closing blinds/curtains which was difficult for my children to accept. There were no additonal blankets/pillows for the pull out couch but sheets were provided. The master bedroom king bed was not a true king. We only know this because my 6 foot 9 inch partner was hanging off of it (something he does not do on our true king bed at home). The headboards were not attached to the beds so getting in and out of bed was not quiet; I suggest traveling with a sound machine if you have littles or light sleepers with you. Also the pool is much smaller than pictures indicate. Still very functional, (although cloudy during our stay) and refreshing.

The condo was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Communication was excellent! Would stay again!
