Back on the Kentucky side of the river, you’re in prime Bourbon Trail territory. Check out distilleries and sipping points where you can sample Northern Kentucky’s bourbon, often paired with traditional southern foods. No matter what you decide to explore, one thing is for certain. The Cincinnati metropolitan area has no shortage of experiences to try during your stay at Heart of Mainstrasse.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt like it managed our group well. I’d say if you have tall people, this might not be the best unit. The sloped ceiling in the only bathroom and one of the bedrooms can be a bit tough. But this place has everything and we really enjoyed the main living space.

Came to cincinnati for a wedding and chose to stay at the Heart of Mainstrasse 4. The apartment was clean, walking distance from many bars and restaurants and the host was nice and quick to respond. We would stay again!

Our stay was overall good! The place was clean and in a great location. The parking instructions were very unclear, and some parts of the unit were broken; floor boards, cabinets, etc. The living room kept cool but the bedrooms didn’t have the same circulation and got warmer quicker.

First, I’d say the location was perfect. But I’d follow by saying the 100 steps up and down to the living area was absurd. I would question the integrity of the stairs, the looked pretty shaky. And of course, being 6’4” was not a plus in this location as the ceiling was absurdly low. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I could stay in the bottom apartments.

We stayed here to get back and forth to Cincinnati children’s hospital. It was a beautiful place with plenty of space to spread out. We wanted to be able to cook and the kitchen was accommodating. Fridge had ice and water dispenser which was nice. Laundry in the unit as well as two big beds. Lots of beautiful windows. Plenty of stairs so be ready for those, but otherwise this place was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend

Overall was an okay experience. Did not have enough towels because a load was left wet in the dryer. Was unable to rewash because washer products were not supplied. reached out to host and they said stuff would be dropped off and it was not. Just be aware in the winter months the place has varying temperatures throughout due to the age of the location.

This place was great. Easy access to so many things and perfect for my family. I will note that in the pictures you see the slant of the ceiling. If you are tall this is not the place for you. Luckily we aren’t very tall so it was perfect!

The location was perfect for all sorts of restaurants and the ice cream shop was sooo good! Thankfully there was a number on the door to call because our code wouldn’t work. Answered right away and very helpful! Well stocked and thought of everything. We only brought coffee and filters but they had kcups for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean place. Ceilings are low in some areas. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby and Cincy is just across the bridge. Fun times!

Great location for Reds games, Ark Encounter, and Creation Museum. Absolutely no problem with the lock/unlock code. Unit was very clean. When we had questions about extra sheets, management was very responsive. Would recommend this location for families, as there's enough room to move about. Sloped ceilings were not a problem for us.

The apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. Back bedroom is warm, could use a ceiling fan and cotton sheets not microfiber on the beds would be nicer for sleeping Grand Welcome was difficult to work with. Told them of a broken towel bar and nothing was done. No place to hang towels. Took over a week of communication to get our checkout time correct (even after we paid for the late checkout). They communicate through to many numbers. Didn’t care for getting text messages from different people would like to communicate through VRBO.
