    House was updated, clean, and as described. All instructions were clear and all things we needed were there. Also great location for all the “tourist” activities in LA. We were about 20 minutes away from almost everything we wanted to do!

    Sean’s house is in a great location, central to everything in west Hollywood. The beds were comfy and the hot water pressure was excellent, two things I always look for in a stay. The neighborhood is a bit gritty but there’s a gate and a secure garage so I had no concerns about the safety of my car. The smart and final next door gets lots of trucks at 6am with backup beeping sounding a lot like an alarm so we were up early each day with that noise. Otherwise the home was exactly as advertised.

    Close to our cousins house. Booked it for the open kitchen and it was great. We all could meet and chat. Thai food across the street was top notch. Bakery nearby had fresh pastries every morning.

    We had a fun weekend in LA and our stay at Shawn's place made it a comfortable stay as well. The townhouse was as listed, clean and it met our needs for a weekend considering we just needed a place to rest and sleep after a day of touring, dining out, and a night out. We will definitely look into using Shawn's place the next time we are back.

    The stay was perfect. No issues. Very clean property. We had 7 family members in town for graduation celebrations. The open living space made it easy for the family to gather and commune. I received prompt responses from Shawn, the property host, when we had questions. 5Stars
