Very clean and very walkable, could see the beach from the balcony.

Loved the location, we could walk everywhere are there are so many cute shops to explore within blocks.

Just what you needed.We enjoyed our stay here, at this well appointed condo. It's a great location, and close to the center of the action. Just about everything you need is within a short walking distance. The beach, cute shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A great view from the balcony, coffee and food below, and off street parking! The host was more than pleasant, informative and responsive. What more could you need?

No beach view but could hear it. Unit chosen had a/c issues so took a smaller unit which only had one bathroom. Great location. Clean.

Inside of room was fine, but access (steep, narrow stairs) not safe. Directly outside, had to watch road construction work and had maneuver around it when walking or driving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Flagler Beach. It was perfect for our family of three and so convenient to restaurant, shopping and the beautiful beach.

All the pictures are true! If you are a foodie, this is a dream. You are walking distance from dozens of great spots. We never used our car while we were there. Oh, yeah, the beach is a block away, if you are into that. I would like to thank our landlady for being so gracious!

Property was super clean… Right in the heart of Flagler Beach where it was easy to walk to everything… Nice long balcony… They were doing street repairs which were kind of a ice sore, but those things can’t be helped… Even though it was a two bedroom. It was very open… Nice amenities such as TV and bedroom and living room… Plenty plenty of kitchen, utensils, coffee, maker, ice, trays, silverware, etc. etc.… the shower were even recently updated… All Hardwood Floors also recently updated… Big bonus was the bed in the master bedroom was super super comfortable… outside storage area provided nice wagon with boogie boards, umbrella, and chairs… Even a small cooler… Which was perfect for the beach… Love the area… Would definitely stay here again…

Great location. Could see the beach from our room!! Juat a 2 block walk to beach access. Clean, spacious, and easy access!! We definitely would stay there again!!

Great location! Apartment had everything we needed, nice big balcony. The only issue was how dirty the floors were causing your bare feet or socks to get very dirty.

Clean, renovated apartment in the heart of Flagler Beach. Walk to beach, restaurants. Sit on back porch and enjoy view of the ocean. We had a great time!

The location was perfect and the condo newly renovated and lovely with a long covered veranda facing the ocean. The owner thought of everything!

This condo was the perfect location to shops, restaurants and the beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for 3 adults. Check in process was easy and host had great communication. Will definitely be back!

Very short easy walks to lots of great restaurants and the beach. Also an easy drive to St Augustine for a day trip. Property was clean and updated. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Host was awesome from moment one! My sis had never stayed in a VRBO before this stay. You and I definitely won her over. Thank you for having everything. Your information notebook is impressive! All remodeled bathrooms and kitchen were the icing on the cake!

It was spotless upon arrival! Host was super responsive! There are stairs that did not bother me at all, but for someone elderly or with knee problems probably not ideal. Parking super close and beach, bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would love to stay there again!!

The condo was exactly as described. We rented the condo to celebrate a birthday. The unit had a large balcony with a view of the ocean. The unit was clean and well lit. We were able to cook and enjoy meals as it was equipped with many cooking essentials. Full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot were also provided as well as ample towels and blankets. We enjoyed several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We will definitely stay at another property run by this management team because the stairs to our unit were challenging for one person in our party. The risers are steep and the treads are shallow making them difficult to traverse for someone with mobility issues. There's a library, small park and nature reserve within walking distance. The beach is a few blocks away but if you want to take your dog to the beach you need to walk a bit further because this is the section that doesn't allow dogs. The sections where dogs are allowed are just a short walk away north or south. We really enjoyed our stay and Flagler Beach is wonderful.
