Stayed Dec 21, 2025Pros: Great location and view. Comfortable bed. Overall, the stay was fine.Cons: The concierge was not welcoming. The sofa was very worn. Only two cups were provided. Cleaning was acceptable but not thorough.

Stayed May 6, 2025This place was passable but not great. It’s very, very dated and very, very dark. The kitchen was not equipped well enough to try to cook and there were more bugs than I was comfortable with. The check in process is confusing because there are multiple operators on property. The area outside is downtown and lots of homeless. That kind of is what it is but beware. It wasn’t terrible. I didn’t feel unsafe. But it wasn’t great.
