Heart of Deer Valley. Private, Hot Tub, Sleeps 12!

We were pleased with the interior of the property. Everything was clean and well supplied and it was very comfortable for our family. My only reservation is that the property had essentially no parking. We were not warned in advance and the property manager did not help to create space for even 1 vehicle in the garage. With better communication and accommodation on that front I could give this property a 5-star rating.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house perfectly fit our family needs. We loved the location, the hot tub, the lake, the neighbors, the neighborhood, etc. The lake brought so much wildlife that we got to see like deer, moose, a beaver, ducks, turkeys, and an owl. The lake also had a sidewalk that was nice to take a little walk.Overall everything was perfect. The owners were also great and very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at this property several times now and it never disappoints! The hosts are fantastic and very responsive! The location is perfect for skiing either Deer Valley or Park City.

What an incredible week we had at this great property. It’s exactly as advertised in the pictures and description. We went with 2 families - each with 2 kids ages 9 and 12 and everyone had a blast. The kids stayed in the room with 2 bunk beds and loved it. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and felt really comfortable throughout the house. Couldn’t be easier getting to the mountain - a 4 minute shuttle ride: And getting to downtown was a free bus or quick Uber. Top it all off with a generous and super-responsive host and we had a tremendous week!

Excellent overall. The property has everything needed for your stay. Quiet and comfortable. The heated garage was big enough for our rented Suburban. Thank you!

Our small group was looking for a comfortable, spacious home during our visit to the Sundance film festival. This beautiful home was incredibly comfortable, ideally situated close to Park City. It’s also a relatively short walk to the ski slopes. Our host was very quick to respond to messages and to share important information. We would absolutely recommend this home!

Had a great time at Deer Valley. The condo is nice and close to the ski resort and has some very nice views of the mountains and pond next to it. Could see some of the ski runs from the back patio. Weather was sunny and warm for December... Could have used a little more snow but had a great time and the condo offers all the amenities you can ask for. Hot Tub was great! Will definitely look up this condo again for next year Thanks

The property was spacious and clean with plenty of room for our two families to share. The bunk room in particular was much larger than it looked in pictures and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. The proximity to Deer Valley resort was great especially for drop off and pick up from ski school. And we were all happy to have plenty of hot water for showers at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved everything of the house. It has all you need, from good beds, spaces, appliances, to a awesome hot tub. Neighborhood is really nice, love Deer Valley area.
