Newly furnished with Smart TV's, where you can access your account with Netflix, Prime, Disney channels, high-speed internet & dedicated work space.



The Space:

A lot of love has gone into renovating this condo to create the perfect base for your mountain adventures all year around. Everything is brand new, the kitchen is a cook's delight, and the condo is stocked with locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. Relax knowing your vehicle is safe with one dedicated parking stall in the heated underground parkade.



The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!). The apartment is best suited for couples or families and there is extra accommodation for two in the comfy sofa bed with memory foam mattress if you need it. The two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub (just one floor up) are a welcome place to revive sore muscles after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym in the building.



Canmore offers loads of opportunities for the adventurous and serene alike. Hike, bike, climb, ski, white water raft or canoe, and when you need a little downtime, settle with a picnic blanket and a book in a park besides the river in summer, or cosy up in front of the fire in winter.

Guest Access:

You have access to all of the condo, and the hot tubs and fitness amenities in Canmore Crossing. Hot tub reservations are currently required. Booking site received upon booking confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

This downtown neighborhood is only a 5-minute walk to main St. Supermarkets and coffee shops are even closer, in the adjacent complex. Drive 15 minutes to reach the boutiques and sights of Banff, and ski, bike, and hike in nearby Banff National Park.



Getting Around:

Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is free public transportation around Canmore and paid transit to/from Banff and Lake Louise. Information about Canmore and Banff Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: This building is not air conditioned and while it does have fans for the bedrooms, and a portable AC in the living room, it can get a little warm on hot summer days. If AC is important to you, this might not be the best fit for you, so please talk to us and let us offer a similar, alternative option that does have AC.



Please note, the hot tub jets in Building A and C are not working at present (Feb 2026), we are waiting on an update as to when that will be fixed

    We had a great stay. Grocery stores right in the same complex. One underground parking spot, otherwise you can park in the Safeway lot. We had a super easy stay with our pup and condo walkable within a few minutes to the Main Street. Hot tub bookings were easy to do 72h in advance. A detailed manual with condo information was provided.

    This property is a condo/apartment. It is off the main street, but super close. Easy to walk. 2 grocery stores are right behind the condo as well as Canadian Tire and several other businesses. The condo was perfect for 4 adults, no problem space wise. Jane the host was wonderful to deal with. She answered every question very quickly. We were very happy. Would absolutely stay again.

    The condo is situated on the 3rd floor & has a great view of the mountains in the background; I actually prefer this view than the one towards downtown area. Both TV's are smart TV's with a ton of options. The kitchen is nice & spacious that had all that we needed to cook a variety of meals. There is a very helpful & well organized binder that contains lot's of great information about the condo & Canmore itself. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious & there was even an A/C Unit we could have used if we needed it. The hot tub view is spectacular & really worth doing at least once a day. I would highly recommend staying here & I look forward to staying again!

    Overall great place to stay. No concerns. Property managers were good to deal with. Apartment/Condo does not have AC except for 1 window unit so we just slept with windows open and fans on. Location is great- right in Canmore. Easy walk to downtown, grocery stores and highway.

    Clean and good value, free parking, easy access to downtown Canmore and Hwy 1.However the listing is ENTIRELY misleading about the hot tub. Indeed there are 3 hot-tubs, 1 each in buildings A, B, and C, but they are not accessible on-demand, must be reserved well in advance via an online portal. Moreover, this property is in building B which only has an indoor hot tub, NOT rooftop. Only A and C have them on the rooftop, but A was not reservable at all for the entire duration (maybe closed for maintenance?), leaving only C.

    It was a secure building in the perfect location. We found the beds to be very comfortable, it had everything we needed (except there was no luggage cart available which would have made bringing your stuff in and out much easier. The )

    We booked last minute for a family member coming to visit out west. It was a great location, walking distance to the main strip in Canmore. Had everything we needed and was easy to book. The only issue was that two out of the three hot tubs were out of commission which wasn’t listed when booking and that is why we booked this place was because of the hot tub. We were still able to get into the one which was great. Overall great place and will be booking again in the future!

    This condo provided everything we needed for our trip to Banff, Yoho and Kootenay. I traveled with my husband and my three teen children and it was plenty big enough for all of us. The hot tub is a little misleading as you have to reserve it in advance and it was always booked before we got a chance to use it. This was not a deal breaker, as the location was so central to everything in Canmore, but it would have been nice to relax in it after our long hike days! Overall we would definitely recommend!!
