Stayed Dec 1, 2025The host was accessible by phone, and the amenities were as described. Plenty of plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable, and it was perfect having beach towels and a washer and dryer.

Stayed May 25, 2025Well maintained property close to the beach with a nice pool and tennis court. The unit came with beach chairs, noodles and beach towels. The coffee/espresso Keurig machine with a built in milk frother was a nice surprise.

Stayed Mar 12, 2022We've been going to Sanibel for 20 years, and have stayed at Coquina Beach several times. This unit, 3E, is one of the nicest. Exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, bright, clean and comfortable. We have also used Kingfisher (the renting agency) before and always been happy.

Stayed Oct 17, 2021I brought my daughter and family to Sanibel for a week of family an fun. This condo was the perfect location and size for the 5 of us. 6 would have been extremely comfortable too. The pool was wonderful and access to the beach is perfect. I would come back here in a heart beat and highly recommend it.

Stayed Oct 2, 2021This condo is exactly as described. It was a very comfortable unit with just the right amount of space for my husband and I, and our adult daughter. The couches were comfortable, and it was really nice to have better porch furniture! Out mattress was just OK. That could be better and more plush. The guest bedroom seemed to have cushier ones. It's a great location for the beach in October! Nice shallow entry into the water. That's why we come here in October, it's hot and the beach is usually wonderful and warm. This is a small condo development so the pool is great, not many people there at all, but it is low season. It had a great amount of kitchen dishes and utensils for everything you would need to cook. The AC worked great too. Great unit, we'd definitely rent again!

Stayed Jun 26, 2021We had a wonderful stay! The proximity to the beach and still having a pool was perfect. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the nearby restaurants and stores.

Stayed May 8, 2021Kingfisher Vacations was an awesome company to work with. Promptly answered any and all questions. Had a minor issue with the door lock, and they had someone out immediately to fix! Our unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We love to cook, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. You can’t beat this location, right on the beach. We played pickle ball every morning. We will definitely work with Kingfisher vacations for any of our future bookings!
