Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our recent stay at your property was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues.Upon our arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning, and the temperature inside the condo was an uncomfortable 80 degrees. After a long 7-hour drive, we were looking forward to resting and starting our vacation on a positive note. Unfortunately, it took several hours for the air conditioning to be repaired.The following day, we discovered that the oven was not operational. We reported this issue, and a technician was sent to assess the situation. He informed us that a part was needed and that he would return once it was obtained. After waiting for some time without any updates, I contacted the property manager, who had been handling the AC issue, for an estimated time of repair. She was unaware of the situation and promised to follow up the next morning.By noon the next day, having heard nothing, I reached out again and was informed that the oven would not be fixed until Saturday due to a delay in part shipment. I explained that we had specifically planned to use the oven to prepare meals for our group of seven, as dining out for every meal would be prohibitively expensive. We had purchased groceries such as lasagnas, frozen chicken alfredo, and ribs, which we could not use. This resulted in additional, unplanned expenses for dining out.We were offered a $100 dining card. While we appreciated the gesture, it was insufficient to cover the cost of dining out for seven people over five to six nights. The oven was finally replaced on Saturday evening, allowing us to use it only once during our stay.Additionally, the dishwasher was not connected, it added to our frustration. Furthermore, all the stools in the condo had missing screws, making them unsafe to use.Due to these numerous inconveniences, we decided to leave on Sunday instead of Monday, as initially scheduled.
