Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very frustrating trip. While it was close to the softball fields (our main reason for a visit) it was also close to grocery and main food chain, it wouldn’t be an ideal location for visiting Myrtle. When we got our instructions and codes, they told us to go in the main entrance as the best spot. We arrived a bit later (came from after work) and I was locked outside at 1030pm w three kids and suitcases. There was no note that the front door locks at any certain time. So I had to find the side doors and walk up stairs with kids, suitcases, coolers, etc. Very exhausting after driving, going to a place to get my information (that could have been emailed to me) then find the room. After we got in, the thermostat was stuck at 78-80 degrees. It had been over 100 every day and there were no fans or air movement. We were super warm all night and I had to call three times to beg for someone to come change the thermostat because it was locked. I don’t mind turning it back up to 80 when we are gone, but man 80 over night was brutal when you play 12 hours of softball in the heat. No one answered so I ended up buying a fan for the kids. The wifi password didn’t work at all. I also called about this and I tried two different WiFi’s for that location and nothing worked. One person told me to type it in “real slow” then it should work...you’ve got to be kidding me. All the furniture still had tags on it - so brand new but couldn’t cut the tags off. On check out, I went to put my 8 dishes in the dishwasher, AND IT WAS FULL. I had to first take care of the dishes I never used then put mine in, but couldn’t run because there was no soap. Overall, very frustrating stay where I just needed a cool place to land with my kids for a hot weekend and I spent more time being frustrated than I needed to be.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We check in and it’s wasn’t easy place to find. There was only one elevator on main lobby but our room on far right and if we wanted to bring out stuff up we had us stairs. Also when we check in it’s look nice with beautiful views but what we didn’t know was later that afternoon when we went to cook all the utensil like big knives were all rusty and bad also one bathroom the water shower head would not work. The other shower head was super rusty. The WiFi that was given had incorrect password too. Was definitely not we expected when I call complaint they said that they would talk to owner and let us know but they never got back to us about what owner said. Definitely beautiful view from balcony but not a pleasant stay.

One of the best places I've been in the wild and I like it I'll advise anybody to go there
