Stayed Jul 11, 2025Had a great time just a few suggestions. New lamps shade. And think would look great to pull up carpet in hall and retouch paint in hall and also paint doors alll different colors

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The condo has a weird smell to to it. There were not enough bath towels for a family of 4, had to wash them daily and also you should bring your own toilet paper.. Only 2 rolls provided. The condo furniture is dated and it’s kind of dark and gloomy inside. Again, it’s an economical stay for a family but wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Stayed at this property last year, and it was a great stay, this year unfortunately not great. Place was not clean, appliances were kinda run down. Patio full of sand and dirt just not very nice. Would not stay again, owner was willing to be helpful but most of issues would require fixes that should have happened before our stay. With all the fees and nightly costs could have stayed at much nicer property. Lesson learned.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Very clean and comfortable condo. Also, loved the community feel of the pool area and the other snow birds who stay in harbor place Jan-Feb. The only thing I would have liked is a better view from the balcony and more sunlight in the unit.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Location and size was perfect for my little family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 7). Central to everything and beach was not near as crowded as it was at the larger locations such as The Phoenix’s. Will definitely look to this property again for a stay.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024My family enjoyed staying here. Property manager was great at responding and in a very timely manner, crisp clear instructions on everything you need to know. Very clean and up to date. Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day.
