Stayed Apr 15, 2022Great area, near the boardwalk and our favorite breakfast place (Laytons) and the condo was very clean! However, Wwe had to plug in a lot of items: lamps, router, cable box which didn't work for a day (we emailed and did receive a call that they would replace it), clocks etc. But the beds were the worst. The MBR had a foam topper and it was old looking and very hot. The mattress pads to go on top of it were in the closet and none looked very clean. At night, the light outside the MBR window (the bedrooms face the walkway to the condos) made it very hard to sleep as I prefer dark rooms at night; both bedrooms need room darkening curtains. Because the bed was hot and not comfortable--it was like being rocked in a boat every time my husband moved in bed as well--so, I tried the other room with two queens. Those beds were very hard, old and had spring mattresses. It was just a tad bit darker in there so I was able to sleep a bit. We actually cut our stay short one night because we both didn't sleep well for two nights. The place was in a perfect spot in OC, it was clean, the sofa was fairly comfortable, kitchen well appointed and you can't dispute the view. However, sleeping well and comfortably on vacation is important to me and I will not be staying here again because of the age of beds and lack of dark rooms at night.

Stayed Jul 5, 2020Overall nice property . Cleaners could use some improvement . Found hairs all over bathrooms dirt on floors in kitchen dining room table is glass and horrible cleaning job cook top glass and the same issue . All else was great .. would stay again .

Stayed Jul 2, 2020Perfect location tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. The porch is definitely the highlight of the entire home, featuring amazing views of the bay for both sunsets and fireworks on the 4th.
