This newly renovated beachfront condominium is nestled in a family friendly, low-density complex located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL. This stunning two-bedroom, one-bath abode accommodates six guests and offers Gulf views from its unique wraparound balcony, living room, kitchen and from both bedrooms.
We are located on the second floor with reserved 2-car parking directly below the unit (no additional cost).
Exit your vehicle to the smell of salt in the air, proceed up two flights of stairs (yes, with amazing gulf views) as there is no elevator. A personalized touch key door code unlocks your beach stay.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. The living room/dining area has plenty of seating; enjoy a comfy Barcalounger leather recliner, nestled along a wall of windows, catch the sunrise or sunset or simply gaze at the Gulf or our heated outdoor pool. A 50-inch smart tv will round out your evening relaxation routine.
The master bedroom has a NEW King-sized bed, a Smart TV and plenty of storage but we already know you will want to proceed to the balcony door to take in the sights and sound of the Gulf.
The guest room has two NEW Queen-sized beds, a Smart TV (did we mention the Gulf window views )
The complex is literally steps from the beach, no lugging beach equipment far! This complex boasts a new outdoor heated pool, a BBQ area, a member only key-fob access gate, and a brilliant boardwalk that allows you access to the perfect vacation photo while also preserving our beloved dune restoration project.
