Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband, son and myself rented from a very friendly couple who greeted us at the door and showed us around. Personal touch. We enjoyed being just a block from the beach. This was much better than being on the strip where it was noisy, but this location was an easy walk to get to the restaurants and stores. Highly recommended. The family may not rent this one again, but also owns another nice but bigger condo in the same complex. Parking on the property for one car was a great bonus. The cost to park for the week is high at the surrounding parking lots. Weather great for the third week in Aug 2019. Hot days and cool nights. Thanks Dan and Bobbie

Stayed Aug 18, 2018Great location just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Well maintained 1 bedroom unit with lots of space. I can't wait to book again next year.

Stayed Jul 7, 2018This condo was perfect. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the inside of this condo is. Everything was so clean, and the owners supply more than any other rental we have used in the last 25 years we've been renting at Hampton Beach. I love the deck. Perfect for tanning, watching the fireworks or just hanging out. Location was also great. Short walk to the beach, and it's just about centered so whether you're going north or south on the boardwalk, it's just about the same length/distance either way. We are definitely renting this unit next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I stayed July 2016 we had an amazing time.The unit we stayed in was absolutely beautiful had everything we needed plus more and was absolutely spotless.Dan and his wife were so nice and very helpful we will definitely be coming back next year.

Stayed Jun 25, 2016We had a great experience with Dan and Bobbi. The condo had everything we needed and it was a close walk to everywhere on the boardwalk. The bed was super comfortable as well! We are already looking forward to staying next year.
