Stayed Dec 28, 2025We loved our stay here! The home was clean and beautifully furnished. We were close enough and even walkedto downtown Breck. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were nice quality and the beddings was warm and comfy. There were plenty of towels as well. The home was nicely stocked with soaps and things you may need. The mudroom was perfect to organize your skis,Boots abs helmets for at least 8 people. The fireplaces were easy to turn on and a very nice touch. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

Stayed Feb 12, 2024Large condo with everything you need. We parked our rental car and never got back in it until we were leaving. Literally steps away from the bus stop. Went anywhere we wanted without driving. Comfortable stay. Would rent again.

Stayed Jan 25, 2024We had a group of 10 people (4 adults, 6 kids). This location was perfect. Very spacious for our size group. The rooms were on difference floors, which was nice for each family to have personal space. The host was great at communicating, extremely friendly, and attentive. We were in town one of the busiest weekends of the year and parking was no issue. No matter the time of day, we were able to get spots close to the door no problem!

Stayed Jan 18, 2024Recommend this place if you are looking to stay close to everything that breck ski hill has to offer. On bus route or short drive Main Street or ski hill.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Steps from free transit, stocked kitchen, roomy, fireplaces on all 3 floors! My only complaint is the mattresses. All mattresses are sagging and need to be replaced. Given that we spent our days on the slopes, sleep wasn’t terribly compromised.

Stayed Jan 18, 2023Great location and ease of access to the bus line for the Breck. Easily sleeps 8 people. The living and kitchen areas are tight for 8, but it works. It is a bit dated and in need of some new pots, pans, dishes, etc; but again it is all functional and a great location for skiing. I would rent it again.
