Great apartment next to the beach. It was clean, spacious and fully equipped for the beach.

Can't beat that view! Everything we needed was in the unit.

We had a really enjoyable stay for our family of 4, which included two teenagers. The location worked very well for us as we could walk to some food/coffee places, plenty more options were a short drive and the site seeing we did involved reasonable drive times. Kihei felt better for us than the golf/resort areas we visited and we liked the area very much. And, being across the street from the beach was great. Our kids surfed at the Cove which was a short drive away. The place itself worked very well and was plenty comfortable. The balcony is nice with a good view. All around we had a very good experience and would look at this location again.

We enjoyed everything offered. The only thing we wished they had were TV trays to use as side tables. We worked while visiting and used the dining table as our work area. We will definitely stay again.

This would be a 5 star except for the shower and shower door. Ocean view, Well stocked. Comfortable. A plus is the elevator and shopping carts to transport small luggage, groceries, any heavy item.

We had a wonderful time during our visit! This was a great find, close to many things. The pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed a little slice of paradise and were able to relax and catch up with our friends, as well as organize some amazing activities!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet location. Convenient, more affordable starting point for Wailea and a good base for points north.

It was a comfortable place for 4 people to rest. When I arrived, it was difficult to find the elevator, but it was located in the center of the building. The elevator was only used when lifting luggage, and stairs were generally used. Everything you need for life was prepared in the accommodation, so I didn't need to use most of the things I brought. The beach right in front was so beautiful. It was so nice that I didn't have to drive to the beach. The beach right in front is a good beach for bodyboarding. You have to snorkel somewhere else. You just have to take into account that the sound of the car is loud at night. There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, 5-10 minutes away by car, so it's nice not to go far. The capacity is small, but the washing machine and dryer are so useful that I don't think I need to bring a lot of clothes. I used it so well because you provided enough laundry detergent. Thanks to the designated parking space, it was nice to not have to worry about parking even if I arrived late. The Lahaina area, Hāʻaleʻakalā, and the airport were all 40 minutes to an hour away, so it was a good location to get around. I had a good rest at a very nice accommodation.

I've stayed in a lot of places & wow, the condo is fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the set up with the ocean view. I know not everyone likes carpet but I enjoyed having it. Felt very homey. Loved being able to grab beach chairs, umbrella & cooler and walk across the street to multiple beaches. Perfect for sunset. Easy access into Kihei. For us, it was pretty close to perfect. A/C worked great but usually just had the windows open & the breeze kept it comfortable. Pool is area is nice. Must mention some negatives. If you're looking for peace and quiet, your not getting it here. Road noise is loud especially when windows are open. There are homeless living in the park across the street & out of cars on the other side of where you park you car. A few times naked homeless where using the outdoor shower to wash themselves and some would hang out in the shade in the parking area for the building. But never felt unsafe or bothered. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved it!

We stayed a little over a week at Ian's place and really enjoyed it! It is right across the street from the beach and he provided everything we needed to enjoy our days there. Coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and a boogie board. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers, some gas grills and covered area with tables for dining was nice too. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, comfy beds and AC in the bedrooms was a great bonus as temps were high a couple of days while we were there. It was a short 10 min drive to Wailea, walking distance to some decent restaurants, and shops. We would stay again!

Perfect location, walking distance to 4 different beach's, easy to get to, easy drives to the many attractions Maui has to offer. The condo was perfect for our 35th anniversary and my birthday get-away! Would definitely book again!

This was super comfortable, very clean and we appreciated the amenities and gorgeous view of sunsets. Beds were great, enjoyed the pool. Would love to return.

Lovely apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Directly across the street from the beach. Sunset views every evening. Apartment was clean with lots of storage space for your things and access to beach equipment, which I did not use but it is a great amenity.

This is the best experience I have had with Vacation rental companies ever! the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, spices, pots, pans, coffee maker and even an airfryer. The beds and the space are extremely comfortable and fit our family of 5 just perfectly!.Bonus of this place was the saltwater pool in the complex. If you want to stay in a beautiful central location, this is it! we could walk anywhere (restawanted, shops, groceries, touristy spots) and most importantly the beach, which is right across the road if we wanted. I highly recommend walking around and getting to know the locals. The lanai was also perfect to have meals and people watch and the views are incredible. The only downside was that the power went out for a while one evening (city wide) and there were no flashlights and such in the apartment. As some people have mentioned, it is on a main road so it can get noisy. We didn't mind though, as it's not to the point where it's unbearable. Will def rebook!

Nice place to stay, beach and town close. Kitchen stocked well plus other things like beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs etc… AC worked well in bedrooms, living room was a bit warm but not a dealbreaker. All in all good! I would stay again.

Great location with beautiful beach access just across the street, restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a great local Farmers Market Wednesday mornings next door. You fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The unit was clean, spacious, and we loved that there was a bathroom attached to each room. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating our meals on the lanai or at the dining table in the A/C. Both had ocean views.

We loved this place! The area was great for what we needed, and we felt right at home.

The unit has everything you need in a relaxing setting with gorgeous views.
