Stayed Jun 4, 2025The property is great, the location is excellent. The communication with the managers was super easy. The only problem we had during our stay - there was not a single sharp knife to cut a watermelon. This is only one improvement that we can think of. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 19, 2025We have stayed in this complex a dozen times but never this unit which I would say is by far my favorite so far. The kitchen was fully stocked and updated. There were plenty of chairs for our group, coolers and an umbrella. We were surprised to find a welcome basket of fruit which was a nice touch! The management kept us informed of complex maintenance and checked on us throughout our stay. We had a great time and will definitely be back

Stayed Jan 20, 2025We loved our stay here and wanted to stay longer! The location was great, and it was super convenient with kids to just walk right out to the beach in front. The place is very nice and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Very responsive host too. We hope to come back!

Stayed Nov 15, 2024This property is a hidden gem . Right on the keawakapu beach with views for days . The condo is very comfortable with AC in each room . It was well equipped to prepare meals throughout our stay . Had a problem with non functioning stove and property management was there first thing in the morning to replace it . Very responsive in all of my communications. The meeting with other guest on the Lanai for happy hour and watching the sunsets made it a very welcoming place . Enjoy !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location location location. This is it. Between Kihei and Wailea. On the water. Can't beat it. Only downside was the pool is definitely not heated. Not a huge deal but you should know.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024The unit and complex are a bit dated, but the location right on Keawakapu Beach is fantastic. The unit is in the back of the complex overlooking the dumpsters, parking lot and street rather than beach, so there isn't much of an ocean view -- just a narrow strip between the complex and house next door --- but the common lanai, pool, grounds and beach are only 100 or so steps away. We spent a lot of time lounging out there rather than on our own lanai. The unit's bedrooms are quite small, but the furniture is comfortable and in good condition, the kitchen is well equipped, and plenty of beach equipment (chairs, snorkel gear, toys, etc.) is provided. The property managers were in constant touch before and during our trip, and maintenance responded promptly to a couple of minor issues (toilets running, etc.) that cropped up. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, and would happily return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place was nice and well kept. The air conditioning was great. The view didn't face the ocean off the patio, but it's so close to the beach so you just have to go out and walk to the beach.
