We’re all about making sure you have an amazing stay! A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card to cover any potential damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll just need you to fill out and sign the rental agreement before we share the check-in details. But don’t worry, these don’t apply to Airbnb bookings. Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.

CLIENTS PROPERTY: The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
• Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

USE:
• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

    I liked that the property had an elevator because we were on the 5th floor. The issues with this property: we could not find any linens for the roll-away-beds, the jacuzzi tub was dirty, there was no door knob so you had to hold onto the key pad to open the door from the inside, there were quite a few stains on the carpet, the golf-view was a small break in the tree line. I reached out to the rental company and they did have a very fast response but they were unable to resolve the linen issue. I would not rent this condo again.

    The code given to enter was not accurate and had to call property management company to get it fixed. Fortunately they could fix it over the phone. The inside has “cabin in the woods” feel but could use a little maintenance. Directions on where to park, which building, and which floor could be clearer. The location is excellent, has everything you need, and was peaceful.

    The condo was exactly as listed. In a great locatiin since we went to Dollywood. We really enjoyed our stay. Traci was very accomodating and made everything easy. We only stayed for the weeked but it was a sweet stay.

    Nice condo and convenient to the parkway. It could use some touch up but very comfortable. No complaints! We had some issue with the door code not working but it was taken care of

    Traci was very nice and helpful. Answered every question very quickly. The condo was clean and the view from the 5th floor was great. No wifi which was fine with me but kids were a little upset. A few things need a little updating but nothing big. Had a great time here and would definitely stay again.

    Large, clean and competitively priced. A much more comfortable option for a family as opposed to a couple of hotel rooms. There are a couple of opportunities to make it better. The clothes washer was not working which was not a problem for our short stay but there was also no WiFi. Some of the furniture needs to be refinished/replaced but was definitely safe and is a minor comment overall but mentioned here to manage expectations. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

    Cleanliness and lack of maintenance. Washing machine and dryer don't work. Bathroom broken toilet seat. Would not recommend any of the properties that are related to this company. I was told it wasn't addressed at the time. Host was a host, tough luck they already have your money.
