Gulfview Lido Key Gem - Walk to Beach & Shops

Hi…. I did not get to stay here!!!… due to post- Ian issues. Thanks for being safety-minded . Would like to reschedule directly with the condo owner...too many 3 rd parties involved .

Our family enjoyed our time and location staying at the Gulfview Lido Key Gem. The location was wonderful and many amenities were available. The owner and property manager were in touch ensuring all was well. We will be back when we visit Florida again.

Lovely place to stay in! Tasty furniture. Great cooking kitchen.

Excellent location for us! Walkable to shops and restaurants as well as being so close to beach access. This by far is one of the best!

The location of this place was perfect. It was also easy to check in and we were able to check in a couple hours early. Getting a hold of the host was a little difficult. There were a couple times I sent an email and wouldn't get a response after days of waiting, so then I would have to send a text and one time I had to send the text again after over 24 hours of no response. I was a little shocked when we arrived to see that this house is actually 3 units and that the laundry is shared between all. My in-laws said the main bed was great. My husband and I slept in the second room with the two twins and those beds were AWFUL. I can be a little high maintenance with my bed, I understand that and generally don't comment on places mattresses because of that, however, my husband can sleep anywhere and on anything, and even he said the mattresses were awful. So, we didn't sleep well during our stay. But, at least we had the beach across the street to go take naps on! The house was equipped with everything we could need while in the kitchen. We only got one bath towel for each person, which when there's multiple females in the house, more than one towel would be ideal. The wine, chips, and salsa were a thoughtful touch!

The house is a great location. All the amenities were good. Only suggestion would be some brighter lighting.

Great location. Great balcony to sit in morning and evening. We were there for a wedding at Longboat Key Club and very close by. Safe friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of stuff. Spent a Sunday at the Lido Beach Resort Tiki bar.....do not miss this place (short walk), so much fun, great bartenders, and no problem putting our football team on TVs! Perfect spot for only 3 nights!

Overall the property was very nice and perfect for our needs is September. We liked the location and could walk everywhere.The only problem was the front door deadbolt that was so difficult to turn with the key that we could never lock the door because we were afraid we would not be able to open the bolt. The unit needs a new deadbolt. We contacted management - Evolve - and they were very slow in getting back to us and they issue was never resolved. I don't think we will use Evolve again

Fantastic property, very clean, cool, and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach (literally just across the street) and brief stroll to shops and restaurants was a dream. Excellent communication throughout the stay. Would def come back again!

The house is perfect and functional, spacious and extremely well equipped, the balcony is excellent for spending time in the morning and at the end of the day.Lido Beach, just a few steps from the house, is one of the best in Florida.The stay in Lido Key exceeded all expectations, we spent four wonderful days

Great place and wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. The key to the house was hard to open the door and we had to get help a handful of times. Bed was comfortable and was a great layout. I would definitely book again.

My family and I loved the Gulfview Lido Key Gem. The condo was clean, quiet, charming, and had all the amenities of home. The location is perfect. There is a one minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to St. Armand’s Square. The beach was lovely and we took many walks along the shore. I can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend it. We are already planning our next trip there.

The location of this property is amazing. Unbeatable. An easy walk across the street for beach access. An easy walk into the town for restaurants.The condo itself is good. The second bedroom is lacking. The mattress quality in this space is lacking.

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. We were able to walk to everything, including beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. One of us made the comment that he could live there!

We loved the location and amenities at the nice beach house! Also great views of our favorite beach from the upper unit! And the very thoughtful touch of wine, chips, salsa, and abundant supplies were really appreciated! Thanks!!

You can’t go wrong with this place! Beautiful view of the gulf from the relaxing balcony, short walk across the street to the beach, and close proximity to good dining and shopping. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The condo was great! It was very convenient to go back and forth to the beach. Location to St. Armand Circle was perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping. It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. We did buy beach chairs the first day, not realizing that there was everything you would need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers) in the laundry room. So now there are 3 more chairs. Relaxing on the balcony with a view of the Gulf was a bonus. Additionally we went to the Ringling Museum & Ca'd Zan. It was a very cool tour, and parts are free on Mondays! We will definitely be back!

The apartment was very clean, accommodating and well stocked. I love its location, close to the beach and shopping area, making it convenient to enjoy both worlds.

Everything was great, just as promised..

perfect location, quiet, near St Armand's square. walk across the street to beach. well appointed home with all the comforts of your own place. whether you want to cook in or go out, it's a great place to stay. Our 5th or 6th time booking this or the adjoining apt. our go to place when in Sarasota.
