Gulfview Condo 75 Steps to the Beach - 1st Floor

Peaceful and quiet. Very close to the beach and pool. Lovely condo and awesome owners. Would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved staying at Fran’s place!! Fran was also a fantastic and thoughtful host. We stayed for our honeymoon and in the fridge Fran left a card, two Destin wine glasses that we could keep, and two bottles of champagne. Very proactive with giving information and responsive to my questions. The unit was beautiful, cozy, and clean. The beach was just steps away which was perfect. So much to do around both easily by walking or driving. Bonus that there were nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the unit for us to use. 10/10 recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condoIt’s very clean and has everything you would need. Frances was the best host I ever had. Always responded back right away. Extra chairs in condo are great and even sand toys. This condo is close to lots of things.

The location was great—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which was clean, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

It is always very clean. It has a home away from home feel to it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The bed sleeps so good. Its very quiet and very family oriented. We will not ever stay anywhwre else. Fran communicates very well. She is the BEST! She always makes our stay the best.

Fran's condo was absolutely great. Gulfview is a great spot at Miramar Beach with the proximity to the beach and some of the best restaurants around. The unit was very clean and furnished nicely. The included beach service is nice as well and much appreciated, as some units it isn’t included. Fran was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! The only complaints we had were The patio could use a small fence or gate, very exposed to anyone walking by or in the general area. Could also be updated with a digital door lock vs an old fashioned key. These aren't deal breakers by any means just info for anyone looking.

We absolutely loved our stay! Super convenient to the beautiful beach and pools. The chair/umbrella service was fantastic! Kids liked the bunk beds and we were quite comfortable. Condo was quiet even though many families were staying there. Definitely would return. Thanks, Fran!

The condo is perfect! Very very clean and has restaurants within walking distances. Beach is 75 steps from front door. Fran is the best. We will never stay anywhere else!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 3! We could not have chosen a better place. The beach access is so close and eating places are within walking distance. The condo is so cute and on the ground level. The owners are fantastic. Fran was very quick to respond when you had a question and super friendly! Thank you! We had an amazing time!

It is the best condo in Destin. It is perfect. Its very clean and makes you feel like you are at home. Mrs. Fran and Bruce are the best. They communicate with you from the time you book until your trip is over. We will never stay anywhere else. It is for sure our home away from home. They are the best!

Fran was incredible and the condo exceeded our expectations! We hadn't even left yet and my husband already asked me to reach out about next year. The condo was in the perfect location and provided a nice private beach access that remained a lot less crowded than other beach areas. It was all honestly perfect for our family. Laundry is nearby and the pools were perfect as well (although we mostly just enjoyed the beach). We will 100% be back and will book with Fran again!
