GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. Stayed Jul 4, 2024About as well-run a rental as I've ever experienced. Easy parking, easy check-in, easy communication. Location is prime: just off Gulf Blvd, tucked away on immaculately landscaped lot, and 2 blocks from beach. Close to everything but clean and quiet. High quality, and priced right. If you're looking for value - this is it.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022We had a great time here, super quiet not busy, neighbors all have a great attitude. We had an issue with our AC and Jim was super accommidating. They were able to move us to another unit and get it fixed. All the rooms were so clean. Place is close to everything and they had great recommendations on all places to eat and play. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 30, 2021Staying here was absolutely amazing! Jim was on the property every day and was very friendly and always up to talk. The beach is a short walk away, everything is really within a few minutes of driving or walking. The pool is a nice size and never too crowded. The room was absolutely perfect for you and your partner! Plenty of dishes and refrigerator availability! Will be back!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It’s a small friendly resort with great pool area and grounds, close to beach, not crowded and offers a peaceful quiet & relaxing experience. Owners are great, very welcoming. Definitely recommend and stay again.
