Beach chairs with umbrella are NOT included. Listing misleads you to believe you have free access to rentable chairs on beaches that are $100 a day. What the listing really means is they have a cheap beach chair and umbrella in the closet that you have to carry down. And beware- the chair rental place has been told to throw your umbrella away if you leave it unattended. Room was fine except after one shower, the bedroom shower, didn’t drain at all for the 4 days we were there. Location is nice- walking distance to pier park. However the main draw was the good price and when you take away the misleading ‘umbrella and beach chair included’ perk this unit is no different than the others in this building. Also, manager was not very pleasant. Felt like I was being accused for issues that were created by the booking service.

The location was perfect. We liked the size and decor of the room. Having a balcony overlooking the beach was awesome.The pool was great. Easy access to the beach. I enjoyed the tiki bar between the pools. It was nice that the room had beach chairs, an umbrella, and other beach items we could use. There were a lot of kids in the building and although you could occasionally hear them in the hallways in evening they weren't too rowdy. We were just two older adults staying without kids. Parking in the garage was good and felt secure. The entire place felt secure. The lobby/information staff were very helpful and just amazing.

This unit is exactly as described, clean, and tastefully decorated. Great location within walking distance to Pier Park and many restaurants. We would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great location! The floors were very sandy upon arrival. However, everything else appeared to be very clean. The parking and check-in process was very easy to follow. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was amazing! The only thing is there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, there for we had to ask for more.

Nice, comfortable condo. Most of the property staff were helpful and friendly. Found the master bathroom shower/tub door to be a little different. Plenty of water made it to the floor. Had to wash towels and washcloths almost every day due to the limited number available. No hand towels. Enjoyed our stay. The gulf water finally opened for us to enjoy on our last two days.

The property was exactly what we needed. Clean, well stocked with items for the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. We love Calypso have stayed there for many years but this is the first time we have stayed in this room. Will not be the last.

Perfect place to stay. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. Great beach front location and easy walk to Pier Park and Frank Brown park. We would return again.
