Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the view from the balcony of the ocean and we love how close it is to the “downtown” area of AMI. It’s great having what felt like your own private beach area. The only downfall is when you think you’re on the second floor, but it’s really the 3rd floor. Good thing we had a teenager to carry up the heavy bags.

Stayed Mar 14, 2020Although this property was in a great spot, close to restaurants and the beach, it was very ill equipped and very old furnishings. The lights were awful, no hangers, no potholder, kitchen towels, no starter dishwasher or dish soap, awful silverware, horrible sweeper, amongst other things. No cable tv in the bedroom. The floor was filthy. Bring your own wet mop. Broken toilet seat...I could go on and on. With a little TLC, this could be a decent place. Neglected.

Stayed May 19, 2018The area was great where the condo was located. The Condo and it’s furnishings are dated. The condo is located on the 2nd floor so if you have any disabilities this is not the condo for you. If you are in good physical health you’ll be fine. The furniture was subpar but grew on us as the week went on. The walk to and / from the beach was fine as well. The property management company was outstanding and very accomodating. Overall the condo was fine, however for the money the furnishings should be upgraded We were asked to start the laundry and the dishwasher upon departure which is not a problem but there was no detergent provided for either. There weren’t any extra trash bags or other cleaning supplies. Another small issue was that the extra pillows did not have pillow cases and there were no extra blankets or wash clothes. Again the condo was sufficient but they may want to make some upgrades or consider lowering the price. Thanks again for a wonderful week in the sun on the best island in Florida
