Very clean and comfortable place. The condo has everything you could possibly need on your stay away from home. Condo is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach is directly across the street. I would stay here again and would recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a place on Bradenton Beach.

The unit was very nice and clean and was stocked with everything a family needs. The location was great, across the street from the beach and just a few blocks from Bridge St. shopping area. Had many restaurants nearby, nice pool, nice balcony overlooking bay, great place to stay on the beach, would like to stay there again.

Loved the property it was in a great location. We had the bay in front of us and the ocean behind us. Everything was very clean and neat. The only complaint is that there is no tv in the second bedroom. It was perfect other than that.

The unit was clean with a great view of the bay and bridge. This is not our first stay at Gulf Watch. The location is wonderful. The reviews said it needed updated, so I expected it. It really does need updating - at least the furniture so it is more comfortable. We bought memory foam mattress pads for the beds which helped. Overall, great vacation but would not stay in this unit again until updates are made.

Location was great and beach access was easy. Unit was just old and dingy.

It was a nice place for the price. Some things needed a bit of renovations, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

It was a wonderful trip everybody was friendly and polite. The only suggestion is that they mop floors a bit better. Other than that it was clean and had an amazing view of the bay!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The complex is in a great location. Our unit overlooked the bay and Cortez bridge so we enjoyed the action! The complex is aging and could use some sprucing up.

Loved the unit, location, everything. Only problem was we could not get in at check in because the previous renter left the place a mess and it was not cleaned on time. We waited outside until 6:30 at night with our luggage in the heat after a very long day.

Nice and quiet place to spread out a bit and not be on top of each other visiting family in a different, slightly smaller condo. Most important was safety and security to walk back and forth between the two.

Great location, very spacious.

The experience was super and the location is amazing, less than block for everything, beach, bars and restaurants,ice cream, you don’t need drive in your vacation.

Everything was excellent!
