All the extras that were provided made this vacation perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. If I may make one suggestion… Please put “Building D” on the address. We arrived at night, our parking spot was hard to find in the dark.

Perfect condo and perfect location! We have been saying at Gulf Watch for 17 years. We have stayed in this unit for the past three years. As long as this unit is available each year, this will be our new unit we book :-) We love that it is on the first floor. It is the perfect location for walking to many restaurants, to grab morning coffee on Bridge Street, walking the private beach, or shopping. The unit looks just like the pictures. It was very easy to get ahold of someone if we had a question about something. Definitely recommend it.

Great arrangement of rooms. So many things for the beach were available, from beach chairs to towels and toys. Since we flew in, these were much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen. A couple of problems were quickly addressed.

this property is close to many shops and restaurants.he pool is great and the beach is a short walk. The condo was stocked very well. We loved it

Unit was just as advertised. It’s a perfect location to the private beach and to many restaurants. Great communication with the property manager when we needed help with something. Have stayed here before and will continue to stay here:)

Wonderful decor, comfortable couches and mattresses; firm as I like them. Close walk to Bridge Street for entertainment and shopping. Across main road from beach and driving distance to Lido and siesta key beaches. Thank you for all the beach chairs, I left behind the beach umbrella I bought for the other guests to use on their trip.

Overall we liked the accommodations. I would have assumed there would have been some toilet paper and a roll of paper towels to start, but it was the end of the roll for both bathrooms and 2 paper towels left on the roll. The place overall was well stocked with dishes, cooking items and extras if we needed light bulbs, batteries, etc. The folks who checked in above us after Christmas we very loud and we could hear them running across the floors at all hours. Not sure I would rent here again, but great location.

I was slightly frustrated that the thermostat was set to 74 degrees and we weren’t able to adjust it any lower specific to our comfort level.

Grat Location. Easy walk to the beach and food. Would stay here again. :)
