We had a great time celebrating birthdays!! The views are incredible and there is so much room in the condo. Plenty of options on where to gather within the condo or on the porch.

check-in easy! The kitchen cooking equipment could have been cleaner. Good variety of supplies though.

Great location with all we needed. Best feature is large corner balcony with views of beach and bay.

Convenient location and great condo!

The property was just ok. We choose a condo for convenience. The dryer at the property did not work causing an issue with 3 adults and 4 kids and lots of sandy swimming clothes and towels. The property manager brought us clean bathing linens but we were on our own for getting our laundry cleaned. They would not move to a different condo. They sent a repair team who reported that parts for the archaic nasty machine were not available. The placement of the property can’t be beat. Fortunately there are other condos near by for our Next stay.

The view is Amazing! The wrap around balcony was everything!!! The place was clean. The staff are really nice & attentive. We had a great stay all 10’s. Perfect place for a team builder!

Great location, walk across the street to the gulf. Clean, check in and out process was very quick and easy. Received multiple texts from the management company checking in on our stay. Our unit could use a new washer and dryer, I could tell they were quite old/rusty. Dryer took a very long time to dry towels. Shower in the queen bed room drained very very slowly. Pull out couch mattress was super uncomfortable and dirty, we ended up just sleeping on the couch itself and not using the pull out mattress. Overall a great stay, just a few things we noticed that could be better.

Communication with the property management was superb. Quick closure on contract, checked in prior to stay, checked in during stay - phenomenal communications. Location was great, walking distance to gulf, with a restaurant and convenience store next to the unit. The unit itself was well stocked, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Pool and weight room were a nice plus. Would highly recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay with the accessibility to free additional parking nearby and the great accessibility to the beach from the room. Will be looking to stay again next year!

Beautiful water. Beach was amazing

Overall a pleasant stay, we have stayed in this buidling before so knew the location already. Condo is a bit tired in the furnishings but was very clean. Had a few issues that were promptly taken care of. Gave 4 stars due to the painting and huge scaffolding and tarps everywhere and listening to leaf blowers all day but I am sure that will be gone in a few weeks. Management should have informed there was a refurb company painting and redoing the building before booking.
