Stayed Jun 29, 2024The property was very clean upon arrival. The view of the beach is absolutely beautiful and the walk to the beach is super convenient. The property had everything available that we needed with an added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas. The beds were comfy which is a bonus! The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would 100% stay here again without any hesitation.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this condo stay for a travel medical conference. It was a great choice in both beach access/appeal and proximity to most everything else in the Destin area. We were right across from the beach with a fantastic view. The condo was very clean and well decorated without being over the top beachy. Many restaurants and bars were within very easy walking distance. We also loved that the condo had beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for us to use on the many days spent by the ocean. Overall a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing get away and not wanting to drive all over to get places!

The candle was clean and very comfortable. Great location with just walking across the street to the beach. It was nice waking up and seeing the view of the ocean every morning. I would highly suggest this rental place with great location and restaurants nearby.

Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Destin - the beach/water was just beautiful as well as conveniently located right across the street. We really enjoyed the view of the gulf from our balcony. We had no issues. It was nice having beach chairs available for beach use. We walked to dinner each night which was definitely a plus.
