Gulf Views-Short Walk 2 Beach-Resort Amenities

Nice place! Great location! Easy walk to the beach. Some noise from neighboring condos. But overall a great place!!

Everything we needed, but the floors were very dirty. Everything else was spotless. I called to report the floors but no one ever came to mop. It was so bad I finally bought my own supplies and did it myself! I did not want my grandson playing with all his new toys on filthy floors. Property amenities were awesome. We all had a blast.

Although the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open, once you got out there, the view was spectacular! The walk to the beach wasn't difficult, even for my elderly mother. The only issue we experienced was with the elevators which stopped working off and on during our stay. The Glass Casa staff are friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back and plan to book this unit again in the future! A wonderful vacation!

It also has an ice cream shop next door in the same building as our condo, convenient to the mall and even Walmart only 13 min drive. Very nice place. Was very helpful with absolutely anything we needed. Thank you all so much!

Beer and wine and mixed drinks in the hot tub daily, some in glass containers! The lounge chairs are all covered with beach towels but the people are across the street.....just reserving their special sun seat! Loudness abounds also.....listen to me talk....blah,blah, blah!The rooms in the #03B section have limited views with no sunsets!!! One hot tub was closed for 2 weeks! One elevator was out of service for a month or more in the B area! The lady behind the desk was very helpful and polite, trying to help out!This was our second snowbird season and I don't think a 3rd is upcoming!Lots of Rules Posted..... No authority behind them!!Furniture in our room was sagging....hard on us seniors and food stains! Oven erratic on temperature control!No bugs in rental room!!!

Everything as expected and was terrific. Had a little plumbing problem and it was handled quickly.

Room was falling apart and had a running toilet AND a toilet leak in the other restroom. When they thought they fixed the leaking toilet I called them back to let them know it was still broken, they tried to tell me it was because my shower head got the toilet wet! Smh when it was clearly leaking STILL leaking. Went a couple days without the toilet. 7 ppl had to share 1 bathroom!! Beautiful view on the tiny balcony but still NOT worth the price! We won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend.

We had a great time! The place was great. We prefer a less busy area, but still beautiful views and sandy beaches!
