I wish the bathrooms would have been cleaned a little better, but overall it was a great experience. We had no problems at all!

As a family of five we had plenty of room. Condo was clean, we had a great view, everyone was friendly, and the ability to get nightly ice cream was a bonus.

Excellent communication and responsiveness between me, the client, and the rental agency. All questions answered immediately. If looking for tiny suggestions, not imperatives, a box of Kleenex would be nice and lighting could be brighter in the kitchen overhead light, and if possible a small lamp provided in the guest bedroom. Very happy with rental very comfortable beds, linens and towels. Excellent overall!!! This is my second or 3rd stay with Glass Casa, they are a Class Act.

The ends of carpet, walking in bedroom and living save had several of us tripping.. grandson hit his head HARD due to this caret. The place it self would have been nice if the hot tubs would have worked. But beautiful view of water.

Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, the place was equipped with everything we needed. The dishwasher wasn’t working when we got there but maintenance came right away and fixed it. The only thing my husband didn’t like was the tv was in a Armoire& the doors stick out so you can only see the tv if your sitting on the couch. Very comfortable beds: We hope to come back next year
