Stayed Aug 24, 2025Grounds were gorgeous but our misfortune they were renovating our side of the building. We were not able to use the balcony or bedroom window for the ocean view. The balcony was one on the main reasons we chose to stay there.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023Very clean and spacious one bedroom with gorgeous views. The top of the building has an awesome view and good for watching sunset. the whole area is beautiful, clean and enjoyble. Easy to check in and park. The management could have provided a map and information of the whole Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort area for us to check out, since the resort area is huge and has a lot to explore. The beach was beautiful but overcrowded, fortunately there are plenty of beaches and AWESOME STATE PARKS around the area for us to explore.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Experience at this rental was fantastic! Check-in was simple, the unit was clean and as exactly as described! Super close to pool and beach so going to either was a breeze! Bonus was there were beach items we could borrow that came with the unit! They are a little rough and could use some updating but still did the job for us!Only downside was there were some renovations going on, so we couldn't use the balcony. Not a huge deal for us, but that was the only downside. Everything else was perfect!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The location was amazing! The property was fairly clean except for the smeared sunscreen (body images against the window) in the master and LR area those were alarming and sort of gross to think of.

Very spacious, perfectly decorated with calming colors, all essentials provided, fast elevators, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent balcony with beach views as far as you can see. Excellent amenities and excellent property. Feels like a Luau in the sky on the beach!
