Gulf Views ~ Golf Cart ~ Community Pool ~ Balcony

The property was just as it appeared in pictures-very clean & just as described! The host communicated well & was fairly quick to respond when asking questions. The pool was great, the beach was within walking distance & the view from our balcony was perfect! The ONLY thing I could say negative about the property at all was that there wasn’t any salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc that most places have there from previous renters, but that was no big deal.

Room was very clean and was set up well by not having a bunch of things that could break by small kids. I really liked the boardwalk and grill set up at the pool if grilling out is your thing. The pool has a nice area where really small kids can walk in and play since there isn't a kitty pool section. Was super nice to have the golf cart. You never have to get in your vehicle if you don't want to once you get there because all grocery shopping and restaurants are within golf cart distance. Host was very responsive and kind.

Great unit with a nice balcony. Plenty of room for our family of four. We loved being in the beach having the golf cart to go over to the Village! There are absolutely no staple items - no salt/pepper, no coffee filters, not even one extra trash bag, etc. so you need to bring EVERYTHING. I understand those aren’t provided but I’ve never stayed in a rental where there aren’t some leftover items just so you are prepared. Tons of cooking pots/pans and even an air fryer which was nice. The floors were filthy so bring shoes to wear inside (we don’t do shoes in our house). We would stay here again!

The beach closet had everything you could possibly need from chairs and umbrellas, to floaties and sand toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We loved having the golf cart, it made getting to Baytowne so easy. We love having everything that you could want on the resort from ships, to great restaurants, to entertainment. The only thing we felt that could use improvement was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were dirty, my socks turned black just from walking in the bedroom putting my clothes away and the shower and toilet did not appear to have been cleaned well. Overall an enjoyable stay. We have used vacation haven previously and will continue to use them.

We rented chairs an an umbrella for the week so we just had to walk down to our front row seats and enjoy! The beach ain’t a far walking distance from the condo! The pool was very nice also! Huge plus was the gold cart that came with the condo!!! We easily took the golf cart to every place we went without having the hassle of the main road tra. Management checked in with us every couple of days to be sure all was going well! Great job!!!

The golf cart is an added bonus! We went all over Sandestin in the golf cart, enjoying the scenery. The new pool is also a must see, it is beautiful!
