Everything was perfect. We stay here every year! Had 6 people all together 5 teens plenty of room. Ill be back again for sure.

We lost power on 2nd night ac went out in 3rd day, had to use stairs bc elevators were a nightmare. Will never stay there again. Unit was beautiful and clean but thats it, building itself was awful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and well stocked, ready several hours before check in which was nice. Checkin process was fairly easy. Departure was a disaster. Waited 25 minutes to try to take an elevator downstairs with our luggage cart, but only one elevator was working and it was always full when it stopped at our floor. The cart attendant would not return our ID until we brought the cart back, so my son and his friend CARRIED THE CART down the stairwell while we made several trips to the car with our things. They told us when we checked in that the elevator wait times were long, and I wish I would have realized what a major issue this would be. Not ok for a 25+ story building. No complaints otherwise, but we will not stay here again due to this.

I’ve stayed at tidewater before in different condo. This one was nice but sofabed was not comfortable. The waiting elevators is ridiculous. I understand holiday weekend but when u have elevators down not cool. 30 to 45 min waiting on elevators. I may not stay there again unless know elevators are all working.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was one of the worst we have had, the throw pillows should have been thrown the patio furniture cushions where too dirty to sit on. The kitchen sink did not have a stopper so we could not hand wash dishes, the master bathroom sink stopper did not work I had to pry it up and it was solid hair and scum. There was no place for the luggage they had to go on the bunk beds. Kitchen could have been better supplied in the cookware dept. One very dirty fry pan was in the cupboard. This unit needs some attention to the condition to the master bathroom vanity and living room area rug. The unit needs some tlc. Sometimes it is the little things.And a secomd person came after the heating system was repaired earlier in the day. No credentials or any way to know if he was in fact sent by benchmark. A little scary to open the door in a strange place to a stranger without identification.

Would also suggest doing away with massive bedroom furniture. It would give more room to move in room and place suitcases.

Room was nice. It does need some updating. Rug needs to be changed out. The lady up front at check in really needs to be fired. She was very rude to me as well as alot of other people. Just plain RUDE
