The amazing views and peaceful atmosphere alone are enough to make us miss it already. We’d definitely book this place again! The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and surprised us with some extra amenities like a reserved parking space and access to the small gym on the property. Not much to find fault with, but I’d just say if you’re bringing a big group, more household items like paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap would be needed. We had plenty for our group of 4, though.

This property and complex were absolutely perfect for our family stay! Everything was as pictured and as described, and the management company was super easy to communicate with. Highly recommended and would certainly return! The views were perfect and the pool was excellent!

We have been to Emerald Dolphin many times. It was really nice, the only issue was the wifi kept going out and coming back for 3 days and we couldn't really watch TV. The drain in the first bathroom right as you walk in was clogged up and kind of gross, but my husband cleaned it out himself. The drain in the sink in the middle bathroom was apparently clogged up too, because it drained really slow.

The condo was absolutely perfect! Perfect location, plenty of room, easy access to beach. We were very comfortable there!

We stayed here with our two young children, my mother- and father-in-law, and my brother-in-law. We all had our own spaces and the shared spaces were great for having meals and gathering together. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

We love the location, and the place was exactly as described. Enjoyed having coffee on the expansive rap around deck, and lounging in the spacious living area. Will be coming back soon.

Close to everything and condo was very spacious.

The condo was beautiful and perfectly appointed. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the bay AND ocean. The only negative was the hot tub was closed for repairs. We were told it would be functioning before our departure but it remained closed the duration of our week long stay.

This condo was perfectly located close to many activities and the beach was not crowded at all. The pool was perfect for the kids. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed!

The condo was perfect for a family of 5 adults and the view was great. We could see both the gulf and sound side since it’s an end unit. The pool was the best we have ever experienced. Clean and quiet. Really nice to have a parking spot in the deck out of the heat! Thank you!! We will be back

Our arrival was marred by ongoing construction at the property, loud and punctuated by the presence of construction workers on the balcony. Pensacola Beach Properties acknowledged the inconvenience and found us another place to stay within 24 hours. We really appreciated their flexibility and saving our vacation.

We were SO impressed with this condo. It was so spacious and cozy with a beautiful view of the gulf across the street. Super easy to get to the beach with multiple access points. Close to everything in Pensacola! Very nice pool and hot tub area. We came during a time of construction, but it was not an inconvenience at all. I’m sure it will be even better once the reno is finished! We will be back for sure.

The pictures are from when everything was brand new. No issues overall. The beach was beautiful. Visited the African Zoo about 20 mins away. (We can spend a whole day at zoos waiting for animals to move ?) Has a small gym that had an area that over looked the beach. Would rent this property again.
