Parking Process for Renters
Renters must pay upon entering the parking lot or within 30 minutes of arrival via WebApp, online, or by calling a live agent (24/7). No cash accepted.
QR codes for payment will be displayed throughout the property.
Renters can come and go freely after vehicle registration is completed, no physical parking passes are required, registration is tracked via license plate.
Each condo unit has a unique Access Code (provided before arrival) to complete parking registration.
If staying past the original check-out date, a new parking registration must be started via WebApp. No refunds for early departures.
Parking Fee Schedule (Effective April 1, 2025)
Days 1-3: $20 per day
Days 4-7: Free
Day 8 and beyond: $5 per day
Slow Season (Nov–March): Parking is capped at $60 for the entire stay

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Property was great my only complaint is the check in process and the lock on the door. You have to drive a few miles to pick up a key for the property and then when you leave take the key back to the office. A drop box at the property would be nice. Also the key for the door didn't work very well. A more modern door code lock would make check in much easier as well. Use maker in fridge didn't work very well. With all that said the overall experience was amazing and we'd definelty come back to this property again. Just a few inconveniences but those didn't ruin or detour our trip.

    Crystal Tower is a wonderful complex with a beautiful view. Our room was mostly clean and well stocked, however it needed some tlc. The front door is almost impossible to open and slams shut with extreme force that made going in and out a little dangerous. The water/ice dispenser was completely covered with mold to the point that the refrigerator probably needs replaced and was an inconvenience due to not being able to use the water/ice which is needed for a hot day on the beach. The furniture on the balcony was literally held together with tape and was very worn out, the pillows on the couch were dirty, the master bathroom needed some rugs to prevent slipping and a new shower curtain rod as the one in there currently is badly rusted. The apps on the tvs all needdd updated and since we didn't know the login for the Google account associated with them we could only use one streaming app in each room. The pool was amazing and the covered pedway made a walk to the beach and pool area not only safe, but kept us cool. The staff member at the Beachball office that greeted us upon check in was bubbly and friendly. I had an issue with a staff member who was working at Crystal Tower and Beachball was as helpful as they could be, given it wasn't really anything they could remedy. I would use Beachball again in the future as they were very helpful and kind.

    We loved the condo and all the amenities. We did have to go buy a blow up mattress because the pull out couch was worse than horrible!!! The couch itself needs to be replaced. Once that was done, we had an amazing time!!!! Would stay here again and bring a blow up mattress. Besides the couch, I have one other suggestion. Black out curtains in the master bedroom would be a great idea!!! Again, thank you for a pleasant stay and look forward to staying again!

    Furniture in room needs to be updated. Pullout so bad nobody able sleep on it. Only decent bed was the queen bed. Door needs major work with locks and door it self sticks and hard to open. I got bruises on side from having to bump it open each time. When we got to room housekeeper was at door cause she was unable to get in and took us while to figure out issue with the locks. Security’s key wouldn’t even work. Then we had to wait for her to finish making beds and put stuff in bathrooms which was crappy since had wait till 4pm to check in and was ready to start vacation. Don’t free get key by no means cause if you have to have someone open door for you beachball properties will charge you $50. When they already knew was having issues with door and locks but never said anything when we picked up keys. I will got book this room again.sliding door was noted to open slowly cause would come off tracks. Only good thing about room was the view. Pool don’t book thinking lazy River there was no flow.

    Wonderful property with AC over the road bridge leading to the 3rd pool and beaches. Condo was great and roomy; even had a 10x10 tent and beach umbrella. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors needed to be mopped. Our feet were dark brown after walking barefoot in the condo. They had been vacuumed and swept but not mopped. The sink in the 1st bathroom was a slow drain- 10 minutes or more to drain; used the kitchen sink instead. Other than those 2 items it was great.

    Nice accommodations. Great views. It's the 18th floor so if you don't like heights, don't rent. Beachball properties people were very polite and responsive. Security is good. Pools and hot tubes are clean and well maintained. Beach access is good. The only negative was that the cleaning crew doesn't seem to know how to dust. Sinks, countertops and bathrooms were clean but there was a layer of dust on the furniture. Bring toilet paper and paper towels because there isn't enough for more than a day or 2.

    Everything was top notch! The only thing I could offer is to write down what should be in the packet with the keys. I didn’t find the parking pass until 2 days later. Also we did not get the bracelets and didn’t know about it because it wasn’t written on the packet. But it was not a big deal just a suggestion! Things were great!!!

    The property was just as the pics. Of course I wouldn’t rate it clean but it was ok. Dirty pillow looked like blood and mucous on it, brown recluse found in guest bath, beds were uncomfortable, especially pull out couch and guest bedroom. I did bring to the attention of management during checkout and they stated they would take care of it. I was unhappy that the keys were left in an unguarded pick up box, as I felt that was unsafe. It was hard to find a cart on the property. Overall, other than the beds, pillow, and brown recluse, it was perfect. Absolutely beatiful view.
