This property is the perfect getaway! Excellent location close to our favorite restaurants and right across from the beach. Far enough from the pool not to get a lot of noise and very close to the beach access. We have stayed at Maravilla before and this condo unit was our favorite…we will definitely be back!!

The condo is beautiful and well stocked. We loved the location on the ground floor even though we couldn't see the beach. Lots of people and pets out and about in the area.

Honestly, probably one of the best condos I've stayed at. So clean, decorated beautifully, and great location. We loved having 2 sets of umbrellas and chairs available to us at the beach. My parents had their little dog with them so it was nice to just step outside the sliding door with it. He loved watching the people walk by. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Stayed here with 5 people total and 2 medium dogs. The condo was super clean and so cute. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you would normally need. Having a smart TV in every room was great. We loved the location and how easy it was to take the dogs outside being on the bottom floor. The heated pool was big plus since it was pretty cold the days we were there. Now we did have just a couple issues. First, the condo listed the second bedroom as a queen bedroom and it was definitely not a queen sized bed. Second, the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable as both a bed and sofa. It felt like it would break just sitting on it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Lastly, the showerhead pressure in the front bathroom was not very good, but that wasn't a big deal. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

We had a lovely time at this rental! The rental is part of a condominium complex that has access to a private beach. The beach was amazing and we were thankful that the rental came with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. The condo was exactly as pictured, super clean, and spacious. We were very comfortable as a group of 4. Amenities were awesome within the complex which include two pools, a gym, and tennis/pickleball courts. Some things to note when booking The condo comes with a starter pack which included a couple of trash bags, 1 paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper (1 per bathroom). There was also no shampoo or conditioner. Most rentals we stay at provide the basics and we would have hope this would have been true for this place. We were travelling by plane and would have hoped they provided beach towels considering it is a beachfront rental. Be prepared to bring or purchase your own towels. On the listing and through our welcome email it communicated that check out is 10am but when you arrive the guest manual says 9am. A 9am check out time felt very early. Luckily the host extended us to 11am. Please note, this place comes with a set of specific cleaning duties upon check out (run the dishwasher no later than 8am, run towels through washer, remove and fold the covers from the bed, take out trash). This felt like a lot considering we paid an $150 cleaning fee. All in all, we would return, we would just be more prepared to purchase or bring the additional items.

This ground floor condo is beautifully decorated and really well socked with everything you need. It is just a short walk directly across from the beach. The host was always quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Pools were very crowded, a lot of bad Language. Noise at night, kids running on second floor walk way.
