Stayed Dec 22, 2025Mattress was not great. Loved the beach accessories Other units we have stayed in had basic spices. Saran and aluminum foil, that being said unit had everything we needed. Would book again

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We’ve stayed at Coquina, in different condos and I must say this is my favorite one! Nice and comfortable except for bed. It killed my husband’s back. Loved the couch! Lots of people here this week and usually pretty quiet. I’m sad though as I must say goodbye to this complex because I can no longer climb the 28 steps it takes to get to it. Many fond memories here but, if you can’t climb, no need to go! If you can, it’s a great place to rest and relax!Also, you have a great covered parking place. The steps are rusty and the bottom needs cleaning as it’s not what you want to see when you first arrive. I’m sure this can clean up nicely if you would make some cosmetic repairs.

Stayed Apr 29, 2025We were close to the beach, restaurants, shops. We could ride the free trolley anywhere on the island. A grocery store available, nice people visiting the area, we had our own parking spot. A great way to relax.

We could walk to bridge street, down gulf drive and co close to the beach!Unit was furnished with everything we needed.My only complaint would be, get a better mattress.The amount of money we spend, and mattresses are now so affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Our condo was very clean and quiet. It was close to the beach and restaurants. It was pretty much walking distance to everything. The pool was great. We would definitely book this place again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The place was clean. Very close to beach and bridge street. Short walk. Would have liked to had beach chairs and umbrella, there was room in the closet for them. (Next guest gets to use our umbrella we had to leave it). Needs new mattress for bed. Recommend more wash clothes only given one for the whole week. Had to buy some.
