Gulf-view condo with outdoor & indoor pools, hot tub, lazy river & beach access

Stay was great, love crystal towers but this new parking fee is ridiculous-20 a day is excessive

2nd year staying at crystal towers. We love the location and convenience, amenities.

Enjoyable

Unit was clean and as expected. The kitchen is minimally stocked- has most of what you need nothing more. There were no wristbands in the unit so we had to have them bring us some. (The employees do ask to see them.) Pool and hot tub are great. There is only a couple feet of sand at the beach which was a bummer- but I know they’re about to start fixing that over the next few months. Overall good stay.

Condo was nice, convenient access to the beach and pool. This was definitely a family friendly location to stay for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had a great stay at this unit. The only trouble we had was the dishwasher. We were on the 11th floor, and the balcony was my favorite spot. I short distance to everything and many things within walking distance! So much fun!

We love Crystal Tower and have stayed in different units over the years, but none before managed by Vacasa. And we don't plan to again! To make a long story short, we had no working refrigerator from when we arrived on Tuesday afternoon until Saturday afternoon. After many texts and 2 different people coming to look at the fridge, it wasn't until we drove to the Vacasa office that we actually got something done. But when they finally brought a working fridge, instead of taking the non-working fridge out, they put the working fridge blocking half the hallway! Then on the last night of our vacation, the freezer part of the non-working fridge (the freezer had been working all along) began making loud banging noises, disrupting our sleep. Other things: one of the toilet seats was broken. One of the decorative bed pillows was very dirty. The bed skirt was tacked on with heavy-duty staples and tacks which fell off on the floor, and are a real hazard to be stepped on. I noticed in another review of Vacasa that someone stepped on a tack in the night, and obviously they have not rectified that situation. Vacasa offered us a partial refund for the refrigerator situation because a lot of our food spoiled, but over a week later I have yet to see the refund.

This was perfect for us to stay. The view of ocean was awesome. We will stay again if available. I would recommend this condo to anyone
