Gulf view condo w/ balcony, shared pool/hot tub/tennis/gym & beach access

This condo was the perfect location, short walk to the beach. Clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with the AC not working on one side of the condo and they brought us a portable AC that did the job. Would definitely stay here again:)

found this spot in short notice and found it to be the perfect answer. Great location to beach and local dining and shopping. It was very comfortable and spacious for 2-4 people. The space was as advertised but I found the floors sandy (not perfect cleaning) if you walked barefoot on the tile floors. we would consider staying here again if there was a need.

Very wonderful and five star service

The condo had a great location to the beach and restaurants. The unit had beach views and was updated. The building the condo was in only has two elevators but it was only hard to get on once. The parking garage has tight spots so big vehicles were parked on the lines or over them making parking hard. We would stay there again.

Our condo was wonderful, clean, newly remodeled, new appliances, had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach. The ocean view from the balcony and inside the condo was perfect. Our favorite spot in the condo was the balcony, we had an ocean view and it was private. There are a few reasons we will not stay at this location again, the building only had 2 elevators for 20+ floors and that made it very slow and difficult to enter and leave. We were very disappointed that there was only one very small pool and, the pool bathroom and showers were not clean. Another reason, safety....One night, the fire alarms went off in the condo, there were no instructions for an emergency route or emergency phone numbers. In the event of an emergency it is very important that occupants have access to this information. Occupants from other condos close to our condo were yelling Marco Polo back and forth at late at night, very annoying and rude. We would have called security but we did not have a phone number and the desk in the main lobby closed at 8:00 pm. Cars were going way too fast and were noisy going in and out of the condo driveways. Another time a security guard phone number would have been helpful. Traffic was heavy and noisy on Ocean Beach Drive. Parking in the garage was difficult, lighting was insufficient, making it dark and unsafe. We do hope this review is helpful to for people choosing whether or not they want to stay at this condo and we hope the owners will make changes so that future occupants will have a safe and enjoyable stay.

Great location but time spent waiting in line to get on the only 2 elevators was not pleasant. Also, housekeeping did not do a good job prior to arrival as we found bowel still in the commode in the master bathroom.
